if I can, I want to be reimbursed..

The theme is nice but elementor doesn't have all the coolest features, i paid 75 $ and would have to pay another 49 $ a year to get Qi addons. The support responds but with a long time

Please note that it is well stated on our ThemeForest page for this theme, that our theme comes with a free Elementor version and it was never indicated differently.
This theme has full compatibility with the Elementor page builder and with this plugin you can achieve everything you see on our live demo.

The Qi Addons for Elementor is not included in the Tobel theme but you can download the free version here. You don't need to purshase the premium version.
