I have wasted my money on another theme. no support at all.
I'm not sure why Themeforest does not take any action against such fraud themes.

Otherwise, If you are not happy with your purchase or do not want to use the theme anymore, you can submit a refund request at http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will give your money back.

Really good theme, for the purpose in which I want to use it.
Also, support is great
There are some widgets (e.g. image box) that provide a text editor window during customization but when you type your text, it never gets saved. not to mention the time you spend on it when it is a long text. More QA testing needs to be done.

Nice design, but the quality of the code leaves much to be desired. Hopefully the vendor will not delay with updates and errors will be fixed.
