Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

My question has not been answered for 3 days ( or more ), whats happening ?

We are sincerely sorry. We take great care to make sure that we respond to all questions within 1 business day. We do business from Monday-Friday. Support requests raised on Friday evening (as in Perth time) are most likely to be answered on Monday. If your questions are not answered for more than 3 days, please check your spam emails and do let us know from the comments form with your ticket number ( all emails sent via support tab will go to a ticketing system which allots a ticket number, if you don’t have it then it means we did not receive your request ).

Does Techmarket support multi-vendor management where customers registered as vendors can upload their own products ?

Techmarket is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all features of WooCommerce. Multi-vendor management is not a default feature of WooCommerce. However there are WooCommerce extensions like Dokan, WC Vendors and WC Marketplace ( all of them offer a free version ) allow you to extend WooCommerce into a multi-vendor platform. Techmarket supports all the three above mentioned plugins. So, yes you can build a multi-vendor website using Techmarket

There are some issues with Dokan (or WC Vendors or WC Marketplace), can you help us fix it ?

Unfortunately we cannot help you fix issues with Dokan (or WC Vendors or WC Marketplace). While the theme is compatible with these plugins, they are essentially third-party plugins and are not covered by our support policy. However if there is any UI issues like a broken form while using these plugins, we will help you fix it.

I get 404 or Server Timed out or 500 Internal Server Error or general error while importing dummy data or the Importer takes forever to import.

Importing dummy data is not handled by the theme. If you are using one-click, it is handled by one-click import plugin or if you are using Wordpress Import, it is being handled by Wordpress Importer. All importers start by importing images ( our dummy data has about 300+ images ) one by one. Once an image is imported, Wordpress will generate various sizes to be used in your shop page, thumbnail and single product page as well as in blogs. These 2 operations are resource consuming process. If you have a low PHP memory, you will get an internal server error. If you have a low execution time, you will get a timed out error. You can resolve this by increasing your PHP memory and executiion time. However you can still get these errors. In that case you can simply reimport ( don’t worry there will not be any duplicates ). Basically we need to make sure all 300+ images are imported. In One-Click import the images are imported from our servers which run at 100Mbps speed, if you are server connection is slow it is possible it will take more than 20 minutes. So we request your patience in this matter.

I am not able to import dummy data and have ran out all the options you’ve suggested above.

Is Techmarket compatible with xyz plugin ?

We are not sure and we don’t know. Please test your plugin against Storefront which is the official WooCommerce plugin. If it works in Storefront, it most likely will work in Techmarket too because we built Techmarket on top of Storefront. However if there are compatibility issues, we can help to a certain extend. However please note that our support policy does not include support for third-party plugins. To make sure if your plugin works with Techmarket please request a trial with your plugin and we’ll set it up for you. You can then make sure about its compatibility.

My website is slow. Can you help ?

The theme have been coded for best practices for speed. There are lots of factors that influence the speed of a website. Hosting configuration, plugins installed, theme, the actual content, etc. Techmarket homepages generate lot of content( more than 100 products ) in its home pages. Some queries like top rated products, best seller products take more time to generate ( because calculations needs to be performed ). Some servers are slow because they share their resources. Some plugins slows down your website. Sometimes Shop Sidebar and filter widgets due to incorrect configuration run into infinite loops. So there are lot of reasons other than just the theme. If you reach our support with your FTP and WP admin details, we’ll analyse what is causing your website to slow and make suggestions.

Can I get a refund ?
