I purchased theme and installed theme. but all the content are not showing in the home page after importing demo content . I was not able to get the latest version of the premium plugin. I was not able to install and active the plugin included in the downloaded file .with the error massage about revslider.

Hello! there is a problem with Unyson Backup and Demo Content. Trying to install it gives this error :
Failed to access Github repository “ThemeFuse/Unyson-Backups-Extension” releases. (cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds)
I found out is a known issue for Unyson from their github page.
Is there another way to install demo content bypassing Unyson?

Hello. I want to buy your theme, but I have a question. In the demo version, I select a room, book it, and see a notification that it was added successfully. And then nothing happens, I do not have any basket. Is there a basket functionality or at least an application with a request for a phone number when booking?

Thanks for contacting us and being interested in our theme. Once you install our theme with the WooCommerce plugin the functionality will work fine. And the WooCommerce plugin will be free only.
Once your product is added to the cart you need to fill up basic information of the customer like name, phone number, address, city, and state. The product information will be maintained in the admin panel.

But the changelog state theat the last updated verison is the 2020.11.30 – version 2.1 that is my same version. I do not get the update reminder on the envato plugin. Speed Problem – Dear support, I have bought and installed your theme on a website few month ago. Now is up and running. I have experienced many problems with speed,and the use of too much Ram memory. My installation includes three themes: Tejal, Tejal child and wordpress 2021. On the plugin side i can count 27 plugins mostly mandatory. I have allocated 1.2 gb of ram. It uses an average of 600 mb of ram but as soon as I do some changes reaches the limit of 1.2 gb. I have installed a cache plugin but the situation did not get any better. I run about 100 websites and www.cortedivalle.it in one of the most ram consuming website. Can you please help me resolve the problem Thanks

Most of it depends on page content which compromises images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and a good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

Found the VAMPIRE plugin .. I have deactivated and acrivated all the plugins. performances get really bad activating the UNISON Plugin that comes with the theme. Infact it has not beeing tested with the Wp version I am running.I got this message : A PHP session was created by a call to the session_start () function. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close () before making any HTTP requests.. Now I have deactivated the plugin. I have allocated 4 GB of ram to the site, when working on the website, by just changing some text the use of resouces get to the top. Very unhappy…

Okay. I pay for the theme. I set up the server with the requirements you specified. I reinstalled the theme downloaded from here. But again, the demo loads with broken photos. And editing the pages is very slow.

I read the documentation. I installed and configured this plugin. I set the server requirements. Any sites run on this hosting without any problems. This is the first topic that does not work properly. An error is displayed when installing the demo. And then editing the pages takes hours.

hello, I purchased the theme through envato elements, and used it to make a multi language website (English/Arabic), using WPML, however there are many issues regarding the RTL support.
