Hey guy’s whenever I have downloaded project and running it into vs code the images are not visible to me. Please tell me how can images will be visible
In HTML version themeforest don’t allow to provide original images. If you want original images try to send your website ftp access I will upload there. Try to mention which demo you want to use. So that I can upload that demo images for you. Thanks

We have done this way responsive. We will check and try update it. But can enable it using CSS.
Hello, trying the demos on the mobile devices faces some issues showing the text/images on the right side of the page. How this can be fixed.

I have also checked the online demos you provided on the website and the same thing happens. Means the images/texts on the right side of the pages are not showing up properly in the mobile version. There is also an issue with playing the video from a youtube link or video file as shown in one of the screenshots. Thanks
It is now more than 8 months that we are waiting for the support on issues on these websites. These pages have issues with cell phones and we are still waiting for a proper response. The rs-theme wants us to share the ftp access. Who would give ftp access to fix a css problem? Could you please help us fixing the issues in a responsive and respective manner? We have paid for the support, renewed it and we deserve a proper solution. Thanks

You promised to fix this for us after your vacation more than a month ago. There is no need to receive complain from other users. Just try the demos you have here on your cell phone devices. You see the problem immediately. I don’t understand why you are resisting.

Here is the link, you have the ftp access to your own link. Since I am a developer, I’ll spare the time to tell you what is wrong. In your html form code you have 5 five fields for entry 1. Name 2. Email 3. Phone 4. Website 5. Comment
Whereas your mailer.php file only has 4 fields of entry Name, Email, phone and comment, hence the code does not work. The php file is correct for https://tekhub.rstheme.com/chatbot/ or https://tekhub.rstheme.com/saas/ But it will not work hereWe have fixed all contact form our end and working. If you add more filed to form you should edit this way JS file and mailer PHP. All working now our end and we fixed issue. You can download latest version form themeforest it will be work. Thanks
