To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
You can use the theme on latest version of WordPress with this plugin.
Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

after deactivating option in General – Responsiveness, the site is working correctly on the mobile version, but there is no wideo as I’ve it on normal page, how to solve this? You can set “First Main Color” in Tetsuo Options > General, please see screenshot. However, please note that some elements (like buttons, header, footer, fonts…) have their separate color settings which need to be adjusted individually.

Tetsuo theme is compatible with WPBakery plugin at the moment. With WPBakery plugin you will be able to achieve anything you do see on our demo website and it is not Elementor supported unortunately.

No, it’s not working properly.
- Changing the logo’s text color doesn’t always work. Sometimes you have to do it several times before it works
- If you use text for the logo, the letters size incorrectly changes when you load the page
- Importing doesn’t work correctly. It made several menus one on top of each other
- Importing all assets doesn’t work (intended?)
- Documentation is out of date with current WordPress version
If you’re thinking on buying this theme expecting an easy, quick installation, go somewhere else.

In case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it. When cache plugin is activated, cashed .css and .js files display instead of updated ones, and it looks like the changes you’ve made aren’t applying. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
Sometimes it may occur that menus appear as very long and with duplicated menu items – this issue can occur on demo import, especially if the Import button is clicked several times. In the event you run into this matter, simply delete the additional menu items.
Here’s a 3rd party plugin we found very useful when it comes to deleting extra menu items. It renders an X icon next to all items on the menu, and you can remove the ones you wish with a single click.
Of course, you can also opt to delete the imported menus altogether and create your own from scratch.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

What can I do to deactivate the overlay shader opacity on mobiles?
In theme options, I’ve selected “0” to hide it, it works on computer and the background is transparent but it still appears on mobiles and there’s a dark overlay on the background!!:(((

You can send us url here. Have you tried installing “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin? After the installation of the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.
