Hi,
After installing and activating your theme, several extensions (at least Elementor, WP Bakery and Slider Revolution) that come packaged with your theme complain and want to be activated. Am I doing something wrong, or is this the case that these plugins are not activated by your theme, at least not the full version?

Please note that WPBakery/ Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

This is exactly what I said and doesn’t answer the question. It is correct that these plugins are bundled, but not in their paid version, but in some basic version. This is a bit deceitful imho. At least with Elementor it is the case that a lot of options can’t be used and it asks you to pay another 70$ (just for Elementor) to use the Pro version. The link you included mentions that you have the paid versions but you can’t provide the code. Well, doesn’t help, does it? Anyway, thanks for your support!
This theme no longer works with recent versions of wordpress and woocommerce, error, and the debug does not send recovery email. I spent all day with the server supporter to help me to solve it, I tried with another server and the problem remained. It was not only the recent version but I also installed manually the recommended versions of wordpress and woocommerce. That’s why it is necessary that the developer update the theme before offering it for sale.

Testing the theme it works well on the latest version of WP and when it comes to WooCommerce you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Importing the demo data doesn’t work at all and your customer support didn’t solve anything. I want the money back.

Guten Tag, leider habe ich ein Problem mit der Umstellung auf PHP 8 (über Strato) ich habe die aktuellste Version des Themes runtergeladen und alle Plugins aktualisiert, aber nach der Umstellung auf 8.0 zigt die Website nur “kritischen Wordpress Fehler an” oder zeigt mit deaktivieren Plugins die Website nur noch weiß. Mein IT Support sagt, dass es am Theme liegen muss. Ich bitte um Hilfe. Das neuste Update sollte ja eigentlich 8.0 kompatibel sein?

Latest version of the theme listed in change log is compatible with PHP 8.
When updating theme we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins and we recommend using FTP update method.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi! Absolutely love the theme! However, I do have a question. For the demo content Wedding Home, there is a timer. The only option is to select the years from 2018 until 2022. The wedding is in 2023, so I cannot use the timer. Is there a solution for this? Thanks!

Hi, I purchased this theme but the main menu doesn’t show. I’ve tried to change the options in the “the Aisle Options” and create my own main menu but there’s no change and the menu is not showing. I also created completely new page, still no change. Where is the option to show the main menu on each page?

You first need to check if you have assigned a Main Menu within Appearance > Menus, and if your menu items are present within this particular menu created.
If your menu is set to be the Main Menu navigation it will be visible on each page.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve deleted all and tried to install the theme once more. When I wish to import demo data nothing happens and I really need those demo pages. In the info page everything is set according to requirements. Only suhosin is not installed.

Elementor doesn’t work with this theme

Thanks for writing in! Since you are not direct on what issues you encounter, we did test the theme with the latest WP version and the latest Elementor and it is working perfectly fine.
We could not replicate any issue using the theme together with Elementor at all.
