We are sorry to hear this but our average response time is around 24 hours. Also, please, note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

The site looks great on preview, but when you buy it, nothing works on it, problems arise as soon as you want to import demo versions. simply a disaster and confusing to work with.

Updated review: I updated the review because the theme is great and I finally managed to wrestle with the theme and get it to import.

The import feature is very buggy and on a VPS server with the correct pre-requests it was failing. Support was fast to answer and provide a few suggestions.

The solution was to do an XML import, and when importing to make sure to import the Elementor not the WPBakery theme. In addition after that, you need to go to the one-click-importer that was broken, and have it import the widgets and options from TheAisleDashboard -> Import. Afterwards go to Slider Revolution in the Wordpress admin panel and import all the zip files under revslider-elementor directory. After all these steps it will work.

My suggestions to the authors of this theme: Please update your documentation that it comes with to include these steps and make it clear to XML import if they are having issues. We shouldn't have to wrestle with the theme to get it to work. Thanks.

Hello,

We are currently experiencing certain issues with our servers. As a result of this, the access to a number of live demos is temporarily restricted, and some theme functionalities like the demo import will not be available for a short period of time. We are currently working with our hosting service on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime you can try importing demo via XML import.

If you need further assistance with demo import please submit a ticket at our Help Center and one of our support agents will gladly help you.

The demo templates are not working, and the support team is missing. I tryed everything; by importing directly, changing the php limits to ensure the import, but didn't work. I have tryed by importing the xml by tools on wordpress, and still not working. There is something that doesn't work here, but none give me solutions. I need a solution and I didn't received any yet. So sad with this purchase.
