Presale question: I just want to make sure WooCommerce or WP Ecommerce will still work? I see a comment from 2 years ago about it but before I buy I need to make sure.

Hi,

For this theme, you may use Woocommerce as third party plugin but we don’t have predefined stylesheet for it so they ‘might’ be some weird style and you have to put css directly.

So if you’re planning to use with Woocommerce, I suggest you to check our themes SINCE Flawless theme(go to our portfolio and all themes above Flawless.)

Hi! Before buying the theme I would like to know if its possible to add 2 diferent galleries in 2 diferent pages. I don’t mean to put 2 different filters. i mean 1 gallery with its filters and another one with its another filters. Thanks!

You can set up like this.

-Parent cat 1(for page A )
 - child cat 1
 - child cat 2

-Parent cat 2 (for page B )
 - child cat 3
 - child cat 4

Presale question: Can I put a picture of my comics character into a SLIDER on the left side and the text on the right side? Can I do the same for the PAGE TITLE (png of the comics character on the left side and title of the page next to it?). Can I adjust the order of the PORTFOLIO items on the home page? 3. Yes, you can use the plugin ‘post type order’ to reorder freely.

4. Yes, we can guide you to change the blog thumbnail size.

5. If you need the blog thumbnail size to be vary. It need to be the same size of your uploaded image file.(Original size from your image.)

For the top slider in homepage, it is possible. It’s being used under html code(we provided the snippet code) http://take.ms/lYIV6 So if you know how html code, it should be fine.

About the page title, it required code customization as well. We can guide which file it is.

Unfortunately, this theme doesn’t have that feature. You may have to customize the theme directly :/

Hello I have bought many themes from goodlayers and i’ve been always happy. Therefor i continue working with them, but this Artist Theme is NOT WORKING NICE, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY IT, logo and favicon hard to upload, the fonts do not work and you cannot find the classic ones and this is just the beggining… i am loosing so much time! and the person i got on the support cannot help me with any of my questions. I really need another person to talk to… English is not my first language, but the person answering me is even worse than me with english

​I just updated to the new version of The Artist, now I can’t add or edit items in the Goodlayers page builder. Nothing happens when I click on add or edit an item. I also updated to WP 5.5.1. Do you think this is the problem or a plugin conflict? or something else? Thank you!

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

I am using the GoodLayers Page Builder Portfolio item on several pages. When the page is displayed with the thumbnails the page is taking a long time to load. I realized the images were being scaled down and were loading the full size. How do I specify that the thumbnail size be used on the portfolio page? Thank you!

I’m not sure what happened in your side, you can check the portfolio image size in: gdl-variable-responsive.php, example: if you set portfolio with 1/4 size with no sidebar, it will be 400×500. Could you check it again? If the image not crop yet, could you try install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ and update the image size then check it again?
