I’m trying to solve the issues with this template how I can use the 6 month support 4 days now I haven’t got any reply.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yesterday 24/04/2017 I bought the template called “The Company – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme [7438138]” and I tried to install it. Despite the difficulty to upload the demo content in order to see the sections and the configurations I must do using your demo content xml, which tooks me more than 10 hours, due to the fact that all your media and links have been migrated from the Url http://www.redfactory.nl/themes/thecompany-redfactory/files to http://www.redfactory.nl/wp-content/uploads and noone update the file, the final result of the redfactory demo site is different from the one I have bought you can check it here. The biggest issue for me is that I cannot find how to appear the section with the projects in the front page and the section with the clients logo.

An other issue is that trying to get support from your forum at the address http://support.redfactory.nl and after account registration I requested to verify my Envato Purchase Code (Item Purchase Code: 1d378f8f-370c-4001-9534-88c093570640) before I can view and create topics in your forum. But when I use the code I have I got the following error

Please let me know how I can resolve the issues above. I attach to you the correct Red Factory demo.xml in order to included to your distribution package to prevent time lost from another client of yours!

I want to know if I can change the background color of this theme

Hi there, you have options via the admin panels to change the colours of various options within the theme, including the background. Anything else you wish to edit, maybe something more specific you can do via Css. We have a support forum where a moderator can help you at http://support.redfactory.nl/
