Is there a forum or an FAQ that I can review? I understand the support process and respect your need to generate additional revenue but I have some very basic questions that are not included in the documentation. I purchased this theme for a website that was delayed in production but the project is back on. Support has expired. I struggle with the idea of spending additional money for simple questions like: How to disable the display text in the page headers and how to change the scroll speed of the Testimonials slider.

Hi, i don’t want to purchase the support. I’d just like for you to tell me where the license details are for the plugin (WP Bakery) that you supply with your theme. Otherwise the theme we purchased from you is useless. I appreciate our support has ended but surely it is basic customer service to give us this information without charging us.

Bundled plugins are premium plugins that come with the theme. And, no purchase code is included for those, because they are managed with the theme and updated when the theme is updated. You do not need to activate/register or update them separately.

In the above documentation, it is mentioned that: “Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.”

In the same document, it’s also mentioned: “When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.”

Also, check below documentation from WPBakery Page Builder.

In this documentation, it’s mentioned: “If you got WPB in a theme, that means that theme author has a license, and only he/she can download latest versions of WPB and include it in the theme. You as a theme user may use WPBakery Page Builder free of charge while you use the theme that came with WPB (because you have a license for that theme).” So, if you see activation, registration or updating notices, for these plugins in your WordPress admin, you may safely ignore them. And, if there is an update for any bundled plugin, it will be updated with the next release of the theme.
