Should work. I don’t see any indication that custom integration is required. Keep in mind this plugin is solely for writing posts and does not translate other portions of the site (i.e. Menu, post meta data, etc.).
Update to the ” The Daily Press ” Theme. Here is a summary of what we discovered today: The theme “The Daily Press” on your wordpress site starts malfunctioning any time the “Option Tree” plugin is updated to version 2.6.0. It functions properly with an older version of that plugin so that is what I have left in place. When the ” Option Tree ” plugin is updated it creates a break in ” index.php on line 21. I host with BlueHost.
As of version 1.3.0 (Sept 2013) OptionTree is no longer used.

It can be used with php 5.4?
Might work, but WordPress recommends 5.6 or higher.
What’s more WordPress suggests you demand PHP 5.6 or higher from your hosting provider and give some tips here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
Can it be converted to a 2 column
Yes, the third column is optional.
But most of your demo pages are based on 3 columns. Is there is an option for 2 columns on the page or category templates? How does it work?. I like the theme but I only rightsidebar for most of my theme pages…Pls let me know before I purchase your theme. Thanks
There’s a theme option to have a secondary widget sidebar. By unchecking it, the entire site will display with just two columns.

This is a nice looking theme but I have not been able to get it to work.
The first problem is the settings box. When I try to change settings sometimes it works and sometimes it just hangs and nothing happens. I can leave for 15-minutes or so and it never finishes.
Second is that the theme shows spinning wheels where the related category posts are supposed to be. I’ve tried all of the options and changed them as I can but it does not pick up related posts and so displays blank spaces.
The responsive settings seem to be getting lost sometimes and the layout becomes fixed for no reason. I then refresh the settings and it works again.
Thanks if you have any any suggestions that would be good.
I disabled all plugins and it is working so far so it is probably a conflict.
Thanks for purchasing and following up!

It works with WooCommerce?
WooCommerce is not built-into the theme.
Hello I liked your theme but i have few questions like (1) Can I able to increase the pages in the Menu Section if I want. (2) Will I able to allocate some space for adds if I want some where. (3) Can I able to remove “Calender” and want to put adds instead of that. I am a non coding person so will it be easy to do all this stuff or will you help me in doing this things.
1. Yes, you have 100% control of the menu items via WordPress menu system.
2. Yes, you can add as many ads as you like in the sidebar(s) via WordPress widget system.
3. Yes, the calendar is a standard WordPress widget that you can easily remove.
I bought this theme and it takes a lot of time to load up, specially the list of items in each category. Do you know what could be the issue? cimmagazine.com
It doesn’t look like you’re using any type of caching system. That’s definitely a must. There are lots of plugins for this. WP Super Cache is the one I use a lot: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
If that doesn’t help, please post a thread on my support forums: http://themolitor.com/forums
Hi, I updated the theme and the stories list on the right for each category disappeared. Could you please help me with this. Thanks, cimmagazine.com

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this this. Can I use Visual Composer with it?
Thanks for your interest in The Daily Press! I havent tested Visual Composer, but the plugin page claims it “works with any theme”, so they should be able to provide support if you have any issues. I built this theme to be fully functional with no plugins required. Were there features of visual composer you needed specifically? I ask because this theme doesnt really involve any coding or complex management.
I just like the extra option for more complex layout but I might not need that with this site. Thanks you
Can I add more article categories on the right as it look like that is widget space?
Yes, the two sidebars on the right are 100% widgetized
Now, I have two questions:
1) I just bought the theme today and my own copy of the theme is displaying version 2.1.7 but the change log here shows you have updated to 2.1.8. Why?
2) How do I setup my own homepage to look like how your demo appears? Here is how I setup the homepage through the customization: https://prnt.sc/fj0o1e
Here is how my own homepage displays: https://prnt.sc/fj0ls2
Here is how your own homepage looks: https://prnt.sc/fj0n1z
Please let me know what I am doing what I need to do. Thanks.

I cant find the code to remove in editor to make the post page full width i removed the sidebar ‘code’ in the but the page for posts did not change it only removed the sidebar. I tried it on the pages which has full width but there are no categories there so i cant use that option either. Where do i look to make that a full page, i found 85% in css but thats not it either,. thanks (its a great theme by the way).
I purchased this beautiful theme that i am trying to get up and running for my website asap. My question so far is that i do not see a sign up/Register page or link for user to be able to register or subscribe to the blog and become contributor or author. Or the theme is not intended to allow users to sign up?
Never mind the question. I figure this out. However i have another question on your support system. Thanks
Thanks for following up! Jumping in the forums soon…
I just purchased this theme for my website. While customizing under the “site identity” tab i was attempting to change the “site title” to my website name. It will not change from “The Daily Press”. ??

How do i request a refund?
Hello, I try your demo, but why some of theme appeaers in 4 row, some just 3? can we set it fixed?
Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean by “some appears in 4 row, some just 3”. Can you provide more details about this?
I mean the side bar. Some appear 1 (and another 1 in the bottom) and sometimes appear 2?
Hmm, still not quite sure what you mean. Just to clarify…
The Daily Press has a main column area on the left, with a primary sidebar on the right. There is an optional secondary sidebar which is active in the site demo you see linked from this page.
The only 4 row layout I can think you’re referring to is the home page, which consists of post categories. The active post displays on the left with the remaining list of posts on the right.
This is the only page that makes use of this layout, which makes the remaining pages primarily a “3 row” layout.
Yes I mean why sometimes secondary sidebar is beside the primary sidebar, buat some in some computer on the bottom? can we set it to fix?
Oh, the sidebar moves to the bottom if the screen size (browser window) is not wide enough.
Can we set it to fix? I mean every screen have 2 sidebar for desktop / laptop?
Changing it from how it is now would not leave enough space for the actual content.
@theMolitor i sent you a mail from your site and i will be hoping to get reply soon
If you didn’t get a reply, please feel free to post any pre-sale questions here.
Does this theme work well with PHP 7.0?
PHP 7.0 should be compatible. If you have any issues, I have a support forum available for you to troubleshoot. If I’m unable to resolve an issue related to PHP versions, I’ll be happy to refund your purchase.
Thank you, Christopher.
