Very unhelpful team, customer service is too slow for when you need to get things done. There are also options that aren't easy to disable like the social icons drop down, which is very annoying if you don't use Facebook for example. It will still show in the list.

No active support and updates any more, unfortunately.

Asked 3 questions. Received no reply's over months. They are expensive yet non-responsive. Suggest you think twice before purchasing.

I'm replacing my 5-stars review for 1 star review, because it seems that they have abounded the theme. While it got updated, there's no changelog to see what has been changed, there's no support at all, and WP Bakery keeps being outdated because they won't release a theme update that provides the latest version of WP Bakery.

They at least should write their costumers an update on what's goin on and if the theme is ever going to be updated again... WITH a changelog this time.

Muy mala la documentación, muy pobre, el tema no se instala bien y tampoco queda predeterminado como uno quisiera que se viera como sale en las plantillas de muestra. Y el servicio al cliente pésimo... no responden para nada.

Customer support has apparently stopped. Woocommerce requiring updated template files to ensure compatibility.

Horrible customer support, there are bugs but they always tell me there is nothing they can do. Sometimes when I opened another ticket, which was taken care by another agent, then the problem got easily solved somehow. So good luck.

The Issue theme is the best blogging theme I have used. It lets you focus on your content, which is its main function after all, and gives you lots of design options to personalize it. What I love most about this theme is how many customization options there are. It's one of the few that I've tried that has so many fonts and color schemes to choose from

Customer support disappeared!
I bought several licenses for different themes from FuelThemes and I have always enjoyed them but lately the customer support is really bad and nobody responds to requests anymore neither here on ThemeForest nor on the dedicated forum. I don't know what happened but I really hope that the situation will change soon as it is unacceptable :(
