Sorry that I have to post here. The “Item Support” page doesn’t work for me on both Firefox and Google Chrome. I think there’s a problem with the page?
Anyway, for this theme, every page has the phrase “THE KEYNOTE” written at the top. I guess it is part of the header, but I would like to either remove it or change it—where can I do this? I’m unable to find the menu to do this…

You can remove the logo in: The Keynote > General > Header – Logo and check it again.

Hi,
Thank you for the prompt reply! I can add a screenshot here? I think I can explain it easily. At the top of this page, I can click on “Support”. And then above my purchase code, I can click on “Go to item support”. I’m taken to the GoodLayers Support Center. From here, I can cick on “Submit a ticket”. After I do that, I get to a page where I have to select a Product or Category. So, I scroll down the list and I find “The Keynote – ... WordPress Theme”. I select that, and then nothing happens. i.e., no button appears to move to the next step. There is a button below that asks me to “Request a quote” for customizations, but I think that’s not relevant. I can’t click the “Sign in” button at the top right. And if I click “Submit a ticket”, it clears my selection of “The Keynote – ...”. I thought it was a browser issue, so I tried it on both Firefox and Google Chrome. But neither worked. Both are (to the best of my knowledge) the latest versions.
As for removing the logo, I don’t have “Header – Logo” at: The Keynote > General. I do have: The Keynote > Overall Elements > Header – Logo. However, I don’t see anything that would allow me to remove or replace “THE KEYNOTE” at the top. These are the options that I see:
- Enable float menu
- Upload header solid logo
- Logo width
- Logo top margin
- Logo bottom margin
- Navigation top margin
Ah… I’m actually using WordPress 6.1.1. Could that be the problem? I know it isn’t officially supported yet. I would hate to downgrade since I have set up my site and everything else has worked.

Hi, we just purchased the theme and setting up in a local development setup but I’m not able to see the program section in the frontend but in the demo homepage the session element/block is present.
Similar thing I’ve noticed in “Program” pages as well. I’m bot able to see any of the program tab element in frontend but in the edit page it has “session” or “session category” element/block. Please help me in this regards.

Please advise as to why the PageBuilder has stopped working on all of the content on my site. I have kept the theme and WordPress up-to-date, but I cannot submit this for general support since it has expired years ago. I shouldn’t need to pay for support for something that should just work in the theme. Please advise on how to remedy this.

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
