The sports ticker at the top is great, except that it does not display on smartphones UNLESS they turn their phone horizontally. Considering the number of people who view a website vertically, this is a glaring oversight for a responsive template.
5/5 for the design, 1/5 for the support. It's unfortunate because this theme has all the potential but the customer support was nonexistent. Submitted ticket 6/7 days ago and never replied back when on site it says that they respond within 1 business day. Had to go look on Fiverr for support and quick CSS fixes, not what I was expecting.

Hi, my apologies for the delayed response to your ticket. I am a solo developer who now does this on a part-time basis. So, while I typically answer tickets at least every other day if not every day, when I take a vacation, almost like clockwork, I inevitably have a customer who is upset about the absence and posts a 1-star review nearly every time I'm away from work for more than 3 or 4 days. I've accepted that as part of the territory at this point. But as others are permitted to take vacations from work without any blowback from their jobs, I would hope you could understand my situation and give me the opportunity to help you through your issue and then reconsider changing your rating to 5 stars. I appreciate your understanding.
I looked for weeks for a new theme and then I saw this one and I had to have it !, it is very easy to customize and the support is very reliable.
I had no problems buying from this seller as I have bought 2 other themes from him and never once has he let me down.
