1. The regular pages are created by the page builder.
2. The single shop post created by Woocommerce.
3. It’s not Limiteless page builder in our theme. We use our own page builder.
hi! i’ve problems with the page builder. the edit button doesn’t work anymore. i’ve tried to solve the problem by changing gdlr-edit-box.js like you’ve suggested in the comments some months ago. but i still can’t click the edit symbol. is there any other way to solve this problem?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.
Let me know if this helps or not.

Hello. I just purchased the theme once more because I had problems to import the demo site. But it is the same problem. Two questions: 1. Can you refund me since I already paid once in 2019. This still includes support for 6 months. 2. Why isn’t the Goodlayers Import working. I have installed Wordpress 5.7.2. 3. I get errors on copied demo site in the top carousel with the watch (Invalid SLider ID) 4. I can’t edit the Master Sliders in the two Full Wrappers. It says “Please update layerslider to latest version to make this item work properly too”.

For some reason, the pagebuilder freezes everytime I click an orange gear icon. This is the only thing in the javascript console that seems relevant: “[DOM] Found 4 elements with non-unique id #_ajax_nonce:”
The fix mentioned 3 months ago on the file framework/javascript/gdlr-edit-box.js: line 22, did not fix this problem and hte edit box stays hidden.
EDIT: Nevermind, the issue was actually fixed. For some reason my browser’s “Reload the page and ignore cache” button did not ignore the cache, I guess.

Thank you for quick response. The change to the gdlr-edit-box.js did not make any difference. I think that may be for slider issues only? In my case it is being able to edit the page builder at the bottom of an editable page. All buttons are frozen.

Following up for the benefit of others who may read this. Disabling plugins did the trick, it was Wordfence in our case, and the firewall was overly protective, but now is working.
Meanwhile a new issue emerged, once able to use the pagebuilder. The sidebars only allow the default setting, no matter what option is selected, it will reset to default each time. Thoughts?

I don’t know why but your page builder is not working any longer. Theres no possibility to edit items. It’s neither possible to turn it off nor getting information in any error messages. I’m a little helpless. Is it PHP 7.4 compatible? Or is it tested with the newest WP-version?
Maybe you can check that in your own installation.

We’re recommended to stay in WP 5.4.2 and wait until we’re officially announcement the update for WP 5.5.
You can revert back to 5.4.2 with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/.
Also, if you have latest version of our theme, it’s already include the latest version of master slider and they have the compatible issue with WordPress 5.5 so when they release the new update, we will update our theme package soon. Please understanding about it.

This has the bones to be a good theme, but seems out of date and lacks a number of features offered by many other providers/themes. A freelancer is required for many changes, which continually adds to the build cost. Definitely hard to say that the theme is worth the higher price tag. And it was disappointing when the solution to some of our change requests, was to upgrade to another theme of theirs, which we politely declined.
