Beautiful looking theme, which is why I bought it, but I was also very pleasantly surprised to find a lot of great features in there that I hadn't even known about. The Page Builder is especially powerful. Documentation is sparse, leaving much to be figured out and discovered, but support is helpful and always replies within a day.

Loc is very helpful and quick with support. 5 star customer service!

Extremely user-unfriendly, unlike most other themes I've used

Not only is the theme stunning in appearance, but it's easy to work with - whether you prefer to drag and drop, or instead prefer to do some text-editor CSS stuff, the theme is fantastic. I'll edit this if someone from support gets back to me quickly, however, I just installed and imported the watch demo. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I know not every demo will look exactly like the site demo, and this has the disclaimer that images are copyright and will show up black, but my demo installation looks NOTHING like the template demo. It’s not even dark. The basic elements are barely there. It’s one step above a free Wordpress template. If I can’t get some SERIOUSLY impressive support, I’ll be seeking a refund asap.

The positives:
- The dark style looks lovely and was exactly what I needed for my website
- Nice gallery options

The negatives:
- Does not have a child theme. It requires some technical savvy as you have to create your own child theme. There are equally as nice themes out there for $59 which include child theme which is easier if you don't have the time or inclination to create your own child theme. So I now have a $59 theme that I cannot use unless I create a child theme for it.
- Very limited functionality if you compare it other themes on the market for the same price like fatmoon which is fantastic
- From a support perspective, there appears to be limited social media presence. Twitter account appears to be suspended. Could not find Facebook Page. So limited ways to contact (either leaving a comment through the Themeforest support portal or creating a ticket on their website). Even then it appears that it can take a while for responses from the author(s)
- From the comments, the theme does not appear to be proactively maintained. Bugs and other issues are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Customer support was very helpful with setting up and customising this theme.
