Is there a way to turn off the red circles and map movement when sliding thru the bottom navigation pane ( http://cl.ly/0K1D1l120S0S040d1k1z )?
Unfortunately that would require quite a bit of edits to achieve. For requests like that, please submit a request here: http://themolitor.com/custom
I tried out the template with an ipad. the drop down menu doesn’t display when clicking on the Home + button, so there is no way for ipad users to access the drop down menu.
Is there a fix for this?

This theme is really nice. We have changed the google maps to mapbox and with a few other tweeks our website is now live. Thanks a lot!
Skyx Virtual Tours
Nice, thanks for sharing!
Very impressive piece of work. I was wondering could this HTML theme be used as a subsite of a Wordpress site without too much trouble as long as we isolate the CSS and scripts. What’s your opinion on this?
Thanks for the nice remarks!
The theme was intended/built as a standalone site, so I’m not aware of any drawbacks with using it as a subsite as I’ve never attempted this.
Thank you for your quick reply. I may want to give this a try and see how it works.
A quick question that will help me decide whether to buy this theme (it looks sweet by the way):
- Is there an option to have multiple location icons for groupings of location types?
- Is there an option to filter which locations a user can see?
Responded to your question on the WP version of this theme.
Is there a way to embed video anywhere?
With the HTML version, it’s really up to you where you put stuff like that. The best spot for videos would probably be in the main content area of an individual page. But there isn’t a CMS back end since this is only the HTML version, so there isn’t an “embed here” system.
1 <3 this template….but having problem with jQuery noConflict()
There’s a conflict with the framework I’m using (foundation by zurb). They use $ notation, you use jQuery. I can’t go into all of the framework’s files and change the notations. Is there a way to do this? I’ve tried :
Sorry, but I can’t really provide support for a different framework. Also, ALL WordPress plugins/themes/frameworks should be using noConflict mode. You’re better off converting the framework than the theme IMO.
Ultimately this is something for the zurb support to handle.
I am interested in buying this theme. I wanted to see if it is possible to create a track or route path that connects points on the google map. I know that google maps support this, but was not sure how to implement that with your theme?
Also, I wanted to see if it would be possible to add captions to the lightbox image gallery? Is there a limit to the number of photos in each gallery?
Do you need to worry about resizing images to fit in the theme in either the html or wordpress version? Is this something that the theme does automatically?
Is there a way to specify which order the map points are viewed in when you cycle through them with the arrow button navigation?
Would it be difficult to add a date to the details information when you hover over a map point or once you click a map point?
Based on the questions I asked, do you think it would be better to purchase the WordPress version or the html version? Which one would better accomplish those options?
1. Routing isn’t a built-in feature, but keep in mind you can submit a request for customizations here: http://themolitor.com/custom
2. Yes, captions are supported and no there is no limit to the number of images you can display.
3. With the HTML version you need to manually resize, but not in WordPress.
4. In the HTML version the order is based on the literal order they are listed in the code. With WordPress, the order is based on the date the post/pin was published.
5. That wouldn’t be too tricky with the HTML version, but it’s a bit more work for the WordPress version.
6. The HTML version would definitely be a lot easier to customize because it doesn’t have all the extra WordPress functions in the template files to deal with. That said, once everything is in place and the way you like it, the WordPress version is MUCH more user friendly when it comes to creating and managing content.
Hope that helps!
this god job ,
i am using html and php versiyon create how a query ?

Hi, I really like the theme and it easy to customize. I have a problem adding more than 24 pins though, Is that the maximum of pins or can I adjust that anywhere? Is that a limitation of the google maps? My Internet provider says it is not a problem at their end.
Other than that, the theme is awesome
There’s no limit. Please proceed to my support forums and I’ll troubleshoot this with you: http://themolitor.com/forums
Hi Chris, thanks for the super fast reply. I already did: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/is-there-a-limit-for-pins-on-the-html-navigator.
Hi, great looking theme. Someone was asking about how to filter the markers on the map so that it shows different types of location or different types of markers. You moved the question to the comments section for the Wordpress version. Is this because it’s not achievable with the HTML version?
This isn’t a feature of the HTML version because there is no admin panel/dashboard to manage this control (unlike WordPress).
If you want to implement custom features into this theme, please submit a request here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Also, if you wanted to filter the map so only one type of marker appears, is it possible to have reduced options in the description box in the bottom left hand corner – so that it relates only to the content currently being displayed? Or would you need a separate map/page for each type of marker and category?
A separate map/page is need to display certain locations.
As I mentioned in my other comment, if you want to implement custom features into this theme, please submit a request here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Hi I am very interest in this theme. One question it is possible to load a lightbox directly from the icon in the map.
Is is possible I’ll buy it now
Thanks and Congratulations for this great and usefull template.
That’s possible, but requires a bit of editing to achieve. You can submit customization requests like this here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Dear Author -
I am highly interested in your work, I plan to purchase soon enough to exhibit real estate listings. I’ve previously worked with other CMS platforms (Magento e-commerce) but have no experience with WordPress, hence the following questions…
1. Would I be able to integrate other WP extensions for real estate in your theme? Such as mortgage calculators and IDX property listings?
2. If you’re able to manage this with custom work, I would need a quote to consider that.
Please advise and congratulations!
You’re posting these questions in the HTML version of the theme. Please post these questions in the comments section for the WordPress version here: http://themeforest.net/item/the-navigator-premium-wp-location-guide-blog/397351
Love this theme!
Would there be a way to randomize which location is shown first when the page is loaded?
Have you tried a plugin? I did a quick Google search and saw this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/my-posts-order/—if that doesn’t work, maybe try search for others?
If a plugin doesn’t help, please submit a request here: http://themolitor.com/custom
If you need additional help, please post a thread on my support forums: http://themolitor.com/forums
I love it and will buy this theme.
Just one question,
is there a easy way to display a KML Layers on the map ?
KML layers are not a supported feature, sorry. The video walk-through goes over pretty much all the features of the theme, so anything not covered there or mentioned in the features list is likely not a feature.
Hi, I bought the wordpress version of this, and I just wanna ask if I can make nameofsite.com/nameofcity.html and not nameofsite.com/map_post.html on this version.
With the HTML version, you can call the files whatever you want
..thing is I want each city to have different names, coz when I checked your demo all of them is map_post.html..are all these cities in a single page which is map_post.html?
..basically, I want each city to have different url.
You can change the file names to whatever you want
I read somewhere that it’s not possible to have the map placed on a fixed location when entering the site. Is that still the case?
I need it to center at a specific region of a country every time a user enters.
Are the responsive soon released? I’m at 90% with my client if that is launched
1. The map focuses on the first item in the list of locations. If you always want the map to focus on a certain location, you just need to make sure that item is always listed first.
2. No immediate plans for responsive, but you can submit customization requests here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Hello. Sorry. I do not understand how it works. Can I add firms to be shown on the map and a record of their data, comments, etc?
I can see a demo of the backend?
The map is populated via WordPress posts. Each post supports text, images, comments, etc. (i.e. all the standard WordPress post features).
Unfortunately backend access is not available.
Ok, but, in html5 (no wp) version ?
Sorry, I didn’t see this comment was coming from the HTML version of the theme…
For the HTML version, you need to manually edit the template files to add content. Instructions are provided.
Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
