I’m glad I read these comments first before purchasing. Sounds like I saved myself a lot of grief. What a shame. Nice theme though but the comments and the lack of transparency tilted it. Hope you manage to fix the problems with the theme and the plugin being unupdatable.
Hi, what exactly were the coments and lack of transparency that tilted you not to buy? The one star reviews were from customers that never installed the theme correctly or their hosting was causing problems.

This theme is missing “Toolset Types” plugin
After theme upload. It prompts to install and activate “SecretLab Installer”
Following your docs and installation videos. Getting to Appearance -> Welcome page, I got the below.
“This theme requires the following plugins: Contact Form 7, MailPoet Newsletters, Revolution Slider, SecretLab Importer, SecretLab Shortcodes, SecretLab Visual Composer Content Widgetizer, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, WPBakery Visual Composer, Widget Importer & Exporter, WooCommerce and redux-framework.This theme recommends the following plugins: Envato Market, SecretLab Metabox, SecretLab Sidebars and Yoast SEO.”
As you can see in the above required plugins to be installed, NO Toolset Types mentioned anywhere.
Therefore the theme will NOT install unless you install a paid plugin “Toolset Types” separately.
Again your advert on Envato Market should have included this information about a paid plugin that is needed for your theme to work.

Whoever is updating this comment, please talk to Alex from your team. He seems to understand my concern and what is going on regarding this required plugin that won’t install. Check/read your comment you left about a month ago for your customer “MarkWyke” against your last comment. Something is wrong but you refuse to admit it.

Since toolset removed from WordPress.org repository, we didnt test new versions compatibility. We providing theme works with the old plugin version.

Hi could you please explain the usage of your theme as from what we discovered until now we only see it has no functionality at all which woudl enable the customer to choose a phone, the breakage and the way the problem might get fixed and its assigned pice which then gets calculated to a sum of all broken items which need to get repaired Perhaps you can explain how that works actually in your theme

At the moment you can update plugins (just deactivate an remove it, than install them on the message you will get at the top of admin page). You can check theme docs about plugin update.

Hi, I have a problem when i try to install The Repair Theme. This is the step 4. When i click on “Do it”, that said “Something went wrong: ask you server administrator to check server logs to get a reason.” If i open the url “http://reparation-ordinateur-nantes.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=toolset-export-import”, that said “Désolé, vous n’avez pas l’autorisation d’accéder à cette page.” I have nothing in my error logs. I have the correct minimal requirements. Can you help me ? Thanks

Hello, I posted about 8 months ago about an issue with header. I have resolved (I think) but once resolved it appears that my page title/head or breadcrumbs? are not appearing properly…

It occurs on all pages that do not have a slider selected. Sample Page does it, cloned sample pages do it… I’m stuck.
Hello! Because the breadcrumbs display OVER slider. If no slider, the breadcrumbs is hidden too. At least display slider with 100-200px height with solid color background. This has been holding me back 6 months, LOL.
good afternoon! I installed the theme and all the plugins. After a while, I go to change the slides and I have a white screen in the workspace. Reinstalled the theme, everything works. After that I changed the slides and everything worked for 2 hours, then again in the working area a white box. What to do?
