Complete rubish. looks like nobody gives a cookie about this theme and it has been abandoned.

Terrible theme. does not work correctly and there is no support
There's no support. The demo content does not load. The builder plugins don't work either with this theme. Is useless.

Lousy theme, installing doesnt work. Bought this a while ago and only just wanted to use it now for a client.
Customer service non-existent.

I have been battling with the theme since I bought it.
Maybe I was looking for something completely different and I just fell for the branding. I'm new to WordPress and wanted more design freedom and I thought The Simple would be just that, simple.
The Simple is best used when you want to repurpose the demos and their formatting. I wanted to add more customization and use the theme as a base. In the end, I took away as much of the theme as possible and now, finally, I'm switching my theme.
As I'm a beginner to WordPress, I thought this would be flexible enough to accomodate my design ideas because I thought the price point would make sure of that. In reality, making something different from the demos given to you is difficult.
Maybe I'm being too critical and not using the theme as intended. Maybe I'll try to use this theme again on a different website than the one I'm currently working on. If I do, I'll remake this review with a different experience in mind.
I wish I did further research before buying a theme that cost this much, now I'm regretting the purchase.

This is really an incredible out of the box theme with excellent support. This is now my go theme template, you will never need another Wordpress theme again.

Customer support is the worst I ever seen. After publish a bug while developing a site, after 2 month I purchase extended support package, I don't even have an answer of what to do... I have to publish my customer site after invest a lot of time and the support cant fix or even tell me what are my options! Are they waiting to my extended support licence expired? I think yes.... not recommeded at all for important sites.
