Wow! I like it, cool! Welcome to Theme Forest and good luck with sales! :)

Thank you Pixelous! Glad you like our theme :)

Lovely logo and the theme looks great, good luck with your 1st theme 8-)

Thanks mate :)

Nice theme just really unsure about your “guest book” page…is it supposed to be a regular page with comments enabled?

Good luck with sales & welcome to TF.

Yes, right now it’s just basic page with comments enabled. In future version we plan to “tweak” it a bit to make it look more like a real guest book page.

Thank you for the kind welcome :)

Any thoughts on becoming non-exclusive and offering all your themes on TF?

Only this theme is sold on TF, the rest are still sold through our own site.

Wow!! Nice theme!! :)

Thanks Marco!

Great theme, good luck with sales. Maju terus, bro.

Thanks Zanzad, glad to see a fellow Indonesian in ThemeForest :)

Hehehe, nice to see you too mate.

A beautiful theme!

nice work..

Well done! It’s a beautiful WP Theme!

Excellent work, really useful. I am currently setting up my page and wonder how I could reduce the margins before the logo and after (just before the menu starts). Simply speaking: how can I just push everything 1cm up? Is that in somewhere in the CSS ?

Hi, first of all thank you for purchasing our theme.

Regarding your question you can do it by simply open /the-wedding/style.css file and the find this code:

#header .logo {
    clear: both;
    margin: 20px 0 10px;
    text-align: center;

You should change the margin value to anything you desire, for example:

#header .logo {
    clear: both;
    margin: 15px 0 0;
    text-align: center;

Or you can do it in another way without touching the theme file by simply go to WordPress Dashboard and click on “The Wedding” menu and click on the “Miscellaneous” tab and put this code on the “Footer Codes” field:

#header .logo {
    margin: 15px 0 0;

We encourage you to spend a minute of your time to confirm your purchase at http://www.themewarrior.com/purchase-confirmation/ so that we can create your support forum account. You can later access the support forum to download latest theme updates and ask any question you may have regarding the theme you purchased.

I’ve Bought the template, thanks for the nice work. Just one little question. Where I can change the text “The Countdown” over the featured slider ?

Hi Ramos,

You can find the text on /the-wedding/functions/theme-options/theme-styles.php

$('#count').find('h4').append('<?php _e('The Countdown', 'warrior'); ?>').addClass('title');

Hi there! Do we get the .PSD to the logo if we purchase? Would really like to simply change the names on the blue version and make it go live on my site. :)

Look forward to your reply and purchasing!

Hi, Yes, you’ll even get PSD files for the whole main layouts in 5 different colors.

I’m having difficulty modifying the RSVP page. i’m hesitant to go playing with the code without knowing all the different hooks in it.

What i’m trying to do is simply duplicate the attending and number of people fields 3 times. there are 3 parts to the event that i’m putting together and i’d like people to check which parts they’re attending and with how many people. any insight? i see how to update the php for the form page, but since it’s writing to a table in wordpress i’m lost as to update that page to reflect the additional opt-ins/outs.

thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, This will require a lot of customization but if you know you’re way around PHP I ’m sure it wouldn’t be that hard.

You’ll need to modify the /the-wedding/functions/theme-options/theme-support.php and /the-wedding/page-rsvp.php files.

In the theme-suport.php you need to add more fields to the RSVP metabox and add some codes to save the field to the database and in the page-rsvp.php you just need to add some fields to the form.

Good luck :)

i think it was the theme-support.php file i was overlooking. thanks!

Sorry wrong post -deleted

Dear ThemeWarrior

I have a question about your Wedding Theme

Can I basically modify the RSVP Form, meaning, what if I want

a) Can I modify the fields in the RSVP form, example, I may need 3 extra fields, can all this be done via the back end

b) two RSVP forms, how would I do that, can it all be done through a few clicks in the back end

Hi Raz_M,

To modify the RSVP form you’ll need basic knowledge of PHP and WordPress API .

Alternatively, you can install a plugin like FormBuilder or Contact Form 7 to build the forms, that way you can create / modify the form from the backend.

Awesome theme man, but I am all lost on how to get things working with WordPress. I can’t get the slider to work, it only shows the featured image and never changes. Also, I don’t understand how to put the links of the other pages on the menu bar. Please help.

Never mind, got it figured out. I guess I was too tired at night to think properly. But now I need to know MonkeyFoot7 got the RSVP page with different events working. Is there anyway to contact that person directly?

Glad you got the slider to work.

You can read this Contact Form 7 basic tutorial to create multiple custom forms http://www.wordpressninja.com/2011/05/contact-form-7-step-by-step-tutorial/ instead.

Thanks, I’ll look into this as soon as I get the gallery working.

I can’t get the Gallery to work. Added the custom menu item, added multiple posts to gallery and when i click the gallery item there is no page available. Please help. Thanks.

I looked at all the items and didn’t see the gallery slug being used anywhere. Is there an easy way to search for the slug?

I named the menu item Photos and then back to Gallery. That seems to have fixed it. Thanks for your help!

Glad you can get the gallery page working.
