I am wondering why you ANSWER the reviews immediately, WHILE IVE HAD an OPEN TICKET in your "support website" for 6 hours before writing a review here.
Anyway, SUPPORT is called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and EVERY customer is entitled to get support. IF THE PRODUCT WAS FREE, then of course the seller has the right to do whatever he/she wants. BUT AS LONG as there is A PAID VERSION of anything, THE CUSTOMER IS THE KING.
If you don't want to give support to your customers, DO NOT SELL THINGS.
