I am wondering why you ANSWER the reviews immediately, WHILE IVE HAD an OPEN TICKET in your "support website" for 6 hours before writing a review here.

Anyway, SUPPORT is called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and EVERY customer is entitled to get support. IF THE PRODUCT WAS FREE, then of course the seller has the right to do whatever he/she wants. BUT AS LONG as there is A PAID VERSION of anything, THE CUSTOMER IS THE KING.

If you don't want to give support to your customers, DO NOT SELL THINGS.

Especially considering the fact that Your Grace has doubtlessly noticed the statement in theme description: "Support requests are being processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0) [normally] within 24h in the order they were received."

The similar statement is present in our Terms of Service that Your Royal Highness has agreed upon registering at our support portal.

May Your Grace be further informed that our rules are same for all buyer. Be they kings, queens or mere mortals.

Bought eight themes, but customer service is not fast. Thursday I responded, but today still no answer to fix the problem. Probably Monday, so four days.

Looks like a Javascript error in the theme, because I turned off all plugins. Will think twice before buying the7 again.

This theme has amazing support and their theme is highly customizable.

The features are amazing and I also find the support is clear and has solved every issue that I have in customizing this theme. I'm very happy with this purchase I will buy again for another project.

je suis très très très deçu...ça fait la deuxieme licence que j'achette et que des bugs a chaque fois je dois dé-enregistrer pour ré-engistrer mon n° de licence ..et maintenant je suis blocker et me dis que j'ai 8 site actifs alors que le seul et premier fonctionne toujours pas ! et pour les deux licence c'est la même chose. avant j'etais super fan de evento et comme webmaster je recommandais ...mais là c'est de la merde pur!!!!!!!! et deux mois ...pas de réponse de évanto....que ce passe t'il ? ......

Firstly, official language of communication on Envato marketplaces is English. If you want to be understood correctly - please use it. Thank you for understanding.

Secondly, your purchase code is not blocked. We never do that. Theme is just informing you that the code in question was used to register 8 different website addresses. This is done for your convenience so you keep track of licenses usage and make sure that you understand the license terms: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard (1 site = 1 license)
Message can be dismissed and will not show up until the new de-register/register sequence.

Finally, in case obvious license violation is being detected - we will report the incident to Envato. But even in this case purchase code will not be blocked by us. Envato fully handles the case and informs the user about all its actions.
