This is not right! There are no known bugs, errors, etc with The7.

Since there's no way to reply to your comment, I'll rate again, I want to be clear - It wasn't that I was using it on many sites, it was that your included plugins didn't update with your updates, which caused crashes and various things that made your theme great has been changed. Also by your tone, I can see your customer service is also degraded. So, no thank you.
I'm afraid what you are saying is not true.
Each and every bundled plugin gets updated almost instantly when update is available.
All updates are 1-click and can be performed either via The7 > Plugins or Dashboard > Updates interface.
None of our 100 000+ users have reported crashes during those updates.
Therefore I encourage you to get in touch with our support to investigate and iron out the issue(s) you are experiencing.
