I am not able to troubleshoot WPBakery Licensing issues caused by the The7 theme because the help ticket system will not accept my purchase code. I have tried copy/pasting and removing the dashes but still nothing. The only error I receive is a red box around the purchase code but no error message so I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue.
Leaving a message here hoping someone in support will reach out to me. I have not really had any other hard issues, but this licensing problem is a show stopper and is inhibiting my timelines for website development. Thank you.
