Hi, i found out that if the mobile menu close button doesnt work you can fix it. Firstly you have to copy the “dist” folder from “wp-content/plugins/thefuture-widgets/” and paste it in “wp-content/themes/thefutur/”, then copy this file (https://futurtheme.maitreart.com/wp-content/themes/thefutur/dist/assets/js/bundle.min.js?ver=1.0.0) from their demo and update yours in “wp-content/themes/thefutur/dist/assets/js/bundle.min.js”. Hope this helps someone : )

I turn to you regarding 3 problems which I cannot solve:

1) On the home page (mask slider) I want to change the 3 circle shape icons’ backgrounds ( which is above the 3 services on the mask slider home page, now these are 3 circle shapes with an icon within each and any of them) and I cannot change the black color of the icon to my brand color this it doesnt match my brand this way. It always show an error, I think its a bug because the icons color within can be changed. Would you please let me change the black color of these icons to match my brand?

2) When I refresh the site or go back or something although I want to use the mask slider as the home page and this is actually set as the home page (as far as i know), the site after refreshing keeps going back to the home 2 slider for some reason and I dont want that. Can you help in it?

3) There is a hambugergish menu on the right top corner and when I open it, I cannot close it either on mobil, either on laptop. Can you solve this bug please?

I am getting closer with your help to the solution.

My problem is: I would like the customize the site but when I open apprearance->customize menu in WP, the customization page is basically empty, there is only one bar at the top saying “You are customizing Fig&Cheese Designs” , and there is a widget tab too ( when I open the widget tab it says this: Your theme has 5 widget areas, but this particular page does not display them.

You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.), but nothing else appears on the customization page really. I have no idea why.

Can you help me? So much random bugs appear I have never seen before now:D Thank you in advance

I purchased the item. Can I change the color of this black animated circle element on the mask slider that swims in the middle of the header at the begginning?

Also, I can edit the website with elementor? Or which editor? BEcause Elementor unfortunately cannot oppen. It keeps loading although I enabled safe mode and did basically everything the support told me.

I don’t know what happened to this, but none of the Portfolio items will come up now. The archive shows, but the individual posts show up as 404. I’m confused. I’ve tried everything to get them to show up.

We’ve been using this theme for a few years now but have recently started having problems with the portfolio galleries.

The galleries that were created over a year ago all seem to work fine, you can click on the gallery image and it pops up a large version of the image with arrows so you can move to the next image in the series. https://www.thelightsource.co.uk/portfolio/projects/europa-hotel However, now when galleries are added the image doesn’t pop up at all: https://www.thelightsource.co.uk/portfolio/projects/belfast-back-physio There are other galleries where the image does pop up but doesn’t show the navigation arrows: https://www.thelightsource.co.uk/portfolio/projects/belfast-office Some where the image can be clicked and the modal background appears, but no large image: https://www.thelightsource.co.uk/portfolio/projects/strokestown-irish-famine-museum

As far as I can tell there is no difference in the way we’re creating these galleries.

Indeed, on the homepage (of the “digital agency” version in this case), when clicking on a project in the portfolio, the title tries to be displayed before the page loads. When you go back (on the listing of the homepage), the title of the project remains displayed, whereas it should not by default.

FR : Bonjour, J’aimerais télécharger ce thème, mais je viens de remarquer un bug sur la version mobile et j’aimerais être sûre que cela soit modifiable/réglable. En effet, sur la homepage (de la version “digital agency” en l’occurence), au clic sur un projet du portfolio, le titre tente de s’afficher avant le chargement de la page. Lorsqu’on revient en arrière (sur le listing de la homepage), le titre du projet reste alors affiché, alors qu’il ne devrait pas par défaut.
