The top area does not seem to appear on the homepage (it’s appearing on all other pages when enabled but not on the page I’ve designated as the front page). Can you please advise why this is?

Hello, i installed the theme but when trying to install the required plugin i got an issue installing TheGem Theme Elements. The plugin is succesful installed but when a try to activate i got this message:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/storage/6/a5/bc/matrixit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements/inc/shortcodes/shortcodes.php on line 1168”.
or this: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/storage/6/a5/bc/matrixit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements/inc/widgets/widgets.php on line 1153”
Installing WPBakery Visual Composer i got the erro while unpacking the files, the installation wasnt finished:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 349818 bytes) in /home/storage/6/a5/bc/matrixit/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 707”

We are trying to use the element « icon with title » but we can’t figure out how to center it in the page. there is no « center » checkbox option as in the « icon with text » element.

I would like to change the hover color of the social icons of the Gem theme. I have try it by the color settings, but i can’t find there the hover color of these social icons. I would like to have the hover color white (#ffffff). I also change the usual color, but the hover color doesn’t change.

Sometimes (like now for example), when I try to change the elements colours (menu, submenu, etc), I can’t see no changes in frontend. Not to mention the big delay (hidden cache in theme?) between this changes. Also, when I change the default colour of top area border, this border disappear. Please fix that! Thank you!

Hi! This is not a problem. However, somebody (Gregor from CodexThemes) is trying to solve the bug I found in your theme since, after saving settings, the colours are saved without # in hexadecimal colour code. This is the main reason for colour customisation error. I hope this problem will be solved because the theme is very handy. Thank you!
