Hi there, I am thinking to purchase another license, but was wondering if you guys planned on having the theme updated? I remember on the version I have, each time you click on a link, you see some content of the page before the loading horizontal line, and then the page loads. This is weird and it happens on all pages. Please let me know if this is something that can be fixed easily. Thank you.

Nel momento in cui carico il tema mi dice che manca la pagina index e manca un tema child potete aiutarmi a risolvere

Due to Google Fonts and the associated data protection violations (GDPR), there was recently a court ruling in Germany. Google Fonts must now be saved locally and may not be loaded from the Google server.

The Ratio Theme is directly connected to Google Fonts. I created a custom font in Elementor to load this saved font. Nevertheless, the theme loads the Google fonts Titilium Web, Raleway and Josefin Sans directly from the Google server.

My question: How can I switch the whole theme to the local font?

Hello dear Support, I purchased this theme yesterday but it is impossible to install the theratio_placeholder.zip which is delivered whithin the package. I assume that theratio_placeholder.zip is the correct zip-file containing the theme code. I always get this error:

Hello. The “LOAD MORE” button on all Portfolio types doesn’t work on the provided files after purchase like on the demo. I did a bit research on the demo and looks like it missing something from the given files to make it work like your online demo.
