I recently purchased the WordPress Theme by QreativeThemes, specifically designed for spa and wellness centers. Unfortunately, my experience with this theme has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to its lack of flexibility.
The theme promised to offer a wide range of customization options, allowing me to tailor it to my specific needs. However, I found the customization process to be frustrating and limited. The theme's settings and options were not intuitive, and I struggled to achieve the desired design and layout for my website.
Furthermore, the theme's documentation and support were insufficient in addressing my concerns. The lack of clear instructions and guidance made it even more challenging to navigate through the customization process. When I reached out to their support team for assistance, the response was slow, and the solutions provided were inadequate, leaving me feeling stranded and frustrated.
In addition to the lack of flexibility, I encountered compatibility issues with certain plugins and widgets, which further hindered my ability to create a functional and visually appealing website. It became evident that this theme was not well-tested or optimized for seamless integration with popular WordPress plugins and tools.
Overall, the WordPress Theme by QreativeThemes has proven to be a poor investment for me. Its limited flexibility, lackluster documentation, and inadequate support have significantly hindered my ability to create a professional and unique spa and wellness website. I would strongly caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternative options before choosing this theme.

First of all thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Honestly I have no clue what you mean with "lack of flexibility". Our theme is not a multi-purpose theme with 3000 options and 60 different designs per widget and this is not how we advertise it. But every element can be customized enough to change the base design entirely. On top of that you can change the global color scheme from the theme within the theme customizer with just a few clicks.
The theme has 4 different demos to start with but if none of the demos fits your idea of the design you would like to create on your website I don't understand why you have bought the theme in first place. We think our themes are flexible enough for the target audience and that result in not a single 1 star rating in selling WordPress themes on this marketplace for over 8 years..
If the documentation is not clear I appreciate you letting us know so we can work on it. However, it is impossible to cover everything an end-user would like to do. Therefore we only cover the main sections and areas of the theme without getting into every single setting from each (custom) Elementor widget as that would only make the documentation worse. If something is not covered in the documentation you can easily reach out to us and ask us any question you have.
This is actually the first complain we received about our support service. You've only created 1 single support ticket on March 27, 2023 and within 7 hours we have replied to your ticket. The time we received your ticket was nighttime for us, a couple hours earlier or after and we would have answered your ticket quicker but we have to sleep at some point. But at the end of the day it is clearly stated within the "Support" tab on ThemeForest a reply could take up to 1 business day.
Your ticket only had 3 questions and we answered them all. 2 of your questions could easily be achieved with default settings and we have pointed this out, even a screenshot with step-by-step guidance is added to give even more clarity. For 1 question we provided a few lines of custom CSS code to achieve what you want. However we never received any answer or message from you again, anywhere. If something was not clear or need extra explanation we are more than happy to do but without letting us know you didn't gave us a chance.
It's a bit easy to say that the theme has compatibility issues with plugins without even naming one. We don't know any popular plugin that is not compatible with the theme because the theme is coded by WordPress standards and ThemeForest coding requirements. That is evident enough that popular plugins will work out of the box. Also we never heard from our thousands of customers that a plugin did not work with the theme. For this you could have reach out to us and let us have a closer look but you didn't...
I'm sorry to say but I think most of the questions you've had could have easily been solved if you've reached out to us. The only thing we will appreciate if you would like to reconsider your rating and reach out to us with any question you have. After a year of using this theme I can say the theme is excellent. Its a reconsidered rate because I had an issue with the Booked Appointment plugin but I received a good and useful suggestion within hours from the Support. So well done guys! Thank You !!!!!!
