It seems that some blocks cannot be configured anymore 
. For example – the buttons of the cover image are no longer editable. And this seems to appear on more blocks that configuring is no longer possible making this template useless….
Good morning, we bought your theme some time ago and now we would like to remove all the animations that AOS makes. When the page loads all the elements in the body do a sort of popup animation. We have removed the AOS.init from the code but it still does the same animation. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

Just wondering, I am using Lighthouse in Dev Tools, and it is throwing an error because of vulnerability exploits in the version of jQuery used.
How easy (or difficult) is it to update the version of jQuery used?

Hi Rob,
We haven’t tried updating jQuery. The template is using several jQuery plugins. So, I’m not sure if you should expect any breaking change or not. Maybe you need to update some of the plugins as well which might add up to the uncertainly of having breaking changes.

It seems the full page carousel has stopped working on various browsers (Chrome and Edge for example). Is this a known issue?

Hi, on the mobile navbar, the backdrop that covers the website is essentially white—how can i make it transparent? Also, is there a way to add the logo to the mobile menu?

Hi,
Navbar does have different modes (static, fixed, sticky, smart) and themes (dark, light). The background-color is decided based on the mode you pick. So, if none of them support what you need, simply write a custom css for it like .navbar { background-color: transparent !important; }
Regards putting your logo in the drawer, it’s a little tricky, but the .d-mobile-* classes should help you with that. You can read about it on the url I shared.

Hi Currently Gulp already update to v4.x. the old configure file: gulpfile-v3.js is outdated. could you help to update the gulpfile.js to v4.x format?

This theme is using Gulp v4.x by default. The default gulpfile.js is written for v4, but we included gulpfile-v3.js for people who still use v3.
I accidentally purchased the HTML5 version when I needed the WordPress version. Can I pay the difference to receive the WordPress version? I dont think I can use the HTML 5 version on WordPress.

I’m having trouble getting font awesome icons to work once uploaded to the web. Locally, I can see the icons as expected but when they’re in the S3 bucket (that I use to host the static content), they don’t show up.
My assets folder is completely uploaded to the remote location and I’ve gone into all the directories to verify nothing is missing.

Unfortunately, we can’t help with hosting problems, but it seems to be a CORS issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40098003/s3-bucket-policy-font-not-displaying-on-website
It turns out the link in page.css and page.css.min to the FontAwesome resources had an extra `/` in the link that was causing the hosted version to choke. Not exactly sure why hosting locally doesn’t cause that but for anyone having this issue in the future, remove the extra ’/’ in the path of those two files and all will be well!

This should be an issue with your web server since the mailer function uses the default mail server configured for your web server.
If you want to use a custom mail server, we can configure it on the sendmail.php file. You can find configuration function on https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer#a-simple-example

I bought the theme today and most looks good. Except almost all the images in the asset folder are complete blank. For example: all the images in the vector, shop, screenshot, and more folders are just colored squares.

Unfortunately, we’re not allowed to include those images inside the downloadable package because their license restricted us from redistributing them. Most of the vectors are downloaded from https://www.freepik.com/ if that helps.

The easiest way is to add your preferred icon library to the head of your html files, so you can use the icons.
Hello – I have a modal on a page that I am auto showing. When it shows I need the the page to darken and to not allow any clicks so that the modal does not get dismissed. I am using the Bootstrap options data-keyboard “false” and data-backdrop “static” but it does not work. Here is my code: div class=”modal fade” id=”popup” tabindex=”-1” role=”dialog” aria-labelledby=”exampleModalLabel” aria-hidden=”true” data-autoshow=”1000” data-keyboard=”false” data-backdrop=”static” How can I get this to work with the auto option? Does data-keyboard=”false” data-backdrop=”static” works as expected if you remove autoshow=”1000”? If yes, then my guess is when we call .modal(‘show’), bootstrap doesn’t read configs from html attributes. In that case, we have to release an update to fix this issue.

Yes – they Do. They do not work with auto show. I can also get them to work if I use my own JS script to trigger the modal:
$(window).on(‘load’, function() { $(’#hello’).modal(‘show’);
That’s weird. Basically, what we do is putting the call in a setTimeout function like this:
setTimeout( function() { $(’#hello’).modal('show') }, 3000);
We’ll try to investigate this further but the above code might help you to navigate the issue for now.

My guess is that would go into your account, not PayPal. That’s something is handled by Envato team and we as an author, don’t have any visibility or ability to make any change. If you have concerns, you should contact Envato support center.
It has been nearly two weeks and you have not contacted me. I purchased this version by accident because it was not specific and then purchased the SaaS X version for $79 because that was the correct one. I want a refund on this purchase.
The rules on ThemeForest clearly state: Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.
If an item doesn’t work the way it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.
Again, please issue my refund. This is ridiculous.
Like I said, I have gone ahead and purchased your more expensive version of this theme. All I am is asking for is to return this one since I bought the other one from YOU. Stealing customer money is not a good look.

It was not a mistake on our part. You have two themes with the same name and because this is not clearly defined, it seems that you have deliberately done this. If you had made this more clear to begin with, we would not be facing this issue. We are not using this theme and you are clearly aware of what is being done here.
That’s simply not true. They are posted in different categories (one is WordPress, this one on Site Templates), they have different names, and they have different description and details table. Both are based on a same design, but different platforms. This is very common on Themeforest to see a HTML template has a WordPress theme as well.
