I really like this theme, it’s simple and awesome! But the menu is to long, it goes beyond my screen and I have 1920*1080 resolution so maybe you could fix it since there are alot of users with smaller screens ^^ Using google chrome browser
Thanks a lot for the tip. Unfortunately this is one of the limitations of such a menu structure.as a user you won’t need things like page sidebar left and sidebar right and shortcodes so the menu won’t be that long. Anyway I’ll adjust. Cheers

1. it is translatable, you can do that using the Poedit plugin.
For 2 and 3, there will be an update some time in the next 5-7 days which will include these. They have been left out of the first release from personal reasons, I simply didn’t have enough time in the last few days to attend to these as well, but they are going to be included soon, so even if you’ll buy it those will follow really quick.
Would like to see an option for paid “priority” support as well as paid ticket options for business’s and companies who use a “pay-per-incident” business model.
There’s no reason why the HTMl wouldn’t work. You can buy it and if it doesn’t work, ask themeforest for a refund and you would get the money back.

The first, and the most time-consuming one would be to wait and see if other users will also request this feature. The second being that you can buy the theme and pay a small customization fee to us and get to use this system as well. Since this would also benefit us, the fee won’t be a large one, but it still remains to see how much of a customization this would need. Cheers

I would like to purchase this but for our internal team only – is there a simple/good way to create a “gateway” page (much like a membership site) so the public cannot see the site?
Of course yes. There are a lot of coming soon plugins, some available for free at www.wordpress.org/plugins and some very impressive ones available here on Themeforest.
So the external clients would come to a nice page with some social and perhaps a blog, while logged in people (staff) will be able to see the actual website.
I really regret that I don’t need a ticketing… Can I convert it to the website template?

It’s a built-in system. It doesn’t require any plugin. The Twitter and Facebook logins require you to register the app with the developer versions of the two sites, but that’s explained in a step by step tutorial in the documentation.

Could i use this theme as a ‘child theme’ or for a particular area of a website such as ‘support’ whilst the main theme controls the rest of the site?
I have a charity site where this functionality is ideal for a knowledge base or support.
Of course you can. You can also install it in a separate folder if you want to. For example install it on www.domain.com/support
And then link the support menu tab in www.domain.com to www.domain.com/support

1) On Submit ticket I need to add more fields like Department (Textfield) How critical is your problem (DropDown), Who does your problem effect (DropDown) ect.. where can I add these extra fields??
2) Is there any chance that the use will reach an email when submit a ticket??
3) Is there a shortcode for SOLVED ticket on the front page??
4) On knowlegde base how can I edit the category, when I go backend and choose Topics and catogory there is a lot of categories but only one catogory is shown frontend that is Contribution

When you submit a comment only you and all of the site admins can see it. If you want everybody to see it that can be done with a bit of customization, but we thought this way would suit most people who want to keep things discrete.
