I had a little problem - not caused by the template as we found out in the end - and just a few minutes after I did post my question, the support did react and they did check out what did cause the problem. Not only fast, but also competent was their doing. The template is really a good one and it works like a charm.

Good template!, very careful all the details of the overrides of the views of the template and the support is very very good always answer the next day, we communicate substantial changes to update to the latest version of virtuemart and the next day solved by leoalv, release a new version of the template and implemented the changes in the template, seriously, for us a 5 star developer!!!
