do not come to me at the e-mail contact form I wrote my own mail from the theme settings but what else should I do ?

Provide URL of your contact page please.

Could you contact your webhost and ask theme if there is any setting required in order to use PHP mail function.

Is there a way to remove the Black or White Overlay from the theme in the CSS? I want to have a solid background image but the Black or White overlay always covers it up. I’ve tried using Firebug to find the overlay but so far no luck.

Never mind, got an answer on a forum. Not the best solution but will do

OK great! :)

The resolutions for thumbnails in 3 column masonry galleries are not rendering at as high resolution on my retina iPad as they are on my iMac. They look pixelated on the iPad.

I can’t seem to insert the same image file into different galleries. When I go to ‘add new gallery image’ I cant select any images from media library. It lets me see them, but not insert them into the gallery. Thanks

Open /manual/index.html find “Helper plugin to attach uploaded images to multiple galleries”

There is also video tutorial there.

Great thanks :)

Is it possible to create sub galleries within one gallery ?

Yes technically you can create sub gallery using Wordpress custom menu system.

I can’t get the description (sub text) to appear on home page as you have on your demo. Only the image title displays.

Ignore this, I’ve found where the text goes :)

OK great! :)

I have a few pre-purchase questions:

In blog grid is : it possible to (referring to demo):

1) Remove “black” transparent background over the background photo. 2) Change each post wrapper from black transparency to white transparency

3) Change font colors in grid view

1) Is it possible to add a wrapper like in the grid view? 2) Is it possible to load always the same background instead of the featured image?

Thank You

A few more questions: 5) is it possible to hide titles in homepage while mantaining them in galleries? 6) Is it possible load a background image in gallery-masonry-fullwidth?

1. Yes you can change transparent value from 0 to 100 using theme admin panel.

2, 3 Sorry it couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that.

4. Sorry currently It doesn’t support that. I will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers.

5. Yes you can hide image title but its’ global setting so it will be hidden in all galleries.

6. It can’t and it doesn’t make sense to load it since the image content on that page are already fill the screen.

Maybe it doesn’t make sense to you, but it does to me.

If you have just a few images in a gallery a large part of the screen would be black. So, I repeat, can it be filled with a custom background?

Hi, the problem I have is that all the <hs ie h1, h2, h3, h4 etc> are capitalized whenever I use them.

I have tried looking at the css files but I cannot find anything there that says upper case or capital so could you please tell me what to do to rectify this problem

Open /css/screen.css remove line 182

Thanks to you and especially Jamographer for helping me resolve this annoying issue

Use Firebug to find where every <H> tag goes , then write text-transform: none; I did this on my site and it works a treat :)

what is the main purpose of having a “gallery” and “portolio” option? what are the functionality/feature differences between these two?

ps. I just bought to theme and am trying to understand the basics.

Thank you for purchasing.

Basically gallery for image only content and portfolio for other content ex. video.

Theme documentation’s located in your downloaded file from Themeforest

Please follow the theme’s instructions in /manual/index.html it will help you get through all theme features.

When i create galleries as per the video in the documentation the thumbnails of my photos are showing a cropped version of the photos. I want the thumbnails of my photos to show the whole picture the same way it does in your galleries in your theme preview.

I am assuming i should use the post thumb nail editor that you suggest in the theme documentation however I installed the post thumbnail editor plugin ( as suggested but it just loads a blank page when i click on the thumbnail buttton below the photo.

Can you please advise how i can create a gallery page to show without the images showing cropped

There are javascript conflicts between plugin’s script and your other plugin’s script. Try to disable other plugins.

Hi ThemeGoods, I tried disabling every plugin but still have the same problem. I have just done some further troubleshooting and the problem appears to be with the Titan theme. The reason i was unable to view the photos with the thumbnail editor is because when i uploaded the photos originally using the media library i received the following error message: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/content/61/10825061/html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor.php on line 387. I thought nothing of it at the time because even though i received this error i could still see the photos in the media gallery but they were just not showing the little preview of the photo next to their file name. It turns out that this is what is causing thumbnail editor to not be able to view the images.

I have just swapped back and forth multiple times between the Titan theme and and other wordpress themes on my site and I only receive the error message when uploading photos using the Titan theme. Using other wordpress themes i am able to upload my photos successfully without errors, they show correctly with the preview picture in the media library and i can use the thumbnail editor with them. I have tried uploading via the media manager as well as via the “browser uploader” and from galleries while using the Titan theme. the photos are only approx 300kb in size.

Can you please fix this asap.

Thanks Steven

why are my images not loading the logo, the footer and the gallery for the home page images don’t seem to be loading though i have updated them all and saved changes.

I checked your site and it’s “not found”?

I purchased the Titan theme and it has an error message when I try to upload the uninstallable zip file with an unsuccessful install no style.css I tried to unzip and upload via ftp but that isn’t recognized. I’d really appreciate some help, otherwise I guess I’ll have to give up and ask for a refund. Thanks Debbie

How do you change the color on the image flow gallery. I would like it to be white. I tried change the theme setting but that did not work.

Sorry it couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that

Did you know about Firebug a Firefox plugin? It will help you inspect all CSS and HTML elements, really help if you do a lot customization

The main CSS file is /css/screen.css

Is it the same CSS file for the mobile iPhone version? I changed the background for the regular site however, there is a black bar on top still. I will use firebug to figure out.

For mobile version, you have to edit the file /css/grid.css

What is going on? I have now uninstalled, reinstalled etc and there are question marks all over my admin page, I can’t get pictures to show and when I do then I get 404 not found error messages. Please help me. Please see and

This is not theme issue but your server issue. You have to contact your webhost and they should be able to see errorlog on your site.

Does not function well with Iphone5 and Galaxy phones, can I switch for the Mercury theme? I bought the Titan 2 weeks ago.

I am having the same issue come up as this user 1 month ago. It seems that when the website responds to a mobile phone it has a few issues.

1) The menu icon (3 lines) doesn’t have the ability to change the color. This means that if you use the black text on white background you are fine but if you use black menu (or transparent) with white text the menu button blends in with the black menu button and the drop down menu (white) blends with the white text.

There must be a way to edit the color for the mobile or tablet with this “responsive” theme.

2) I’ve also notice that since i use about a 20% transparency with a black menu and white text the pictures don’t fill in all the way to the top. It looks like the pictures edge stops half way through the menu transparency.

PilippeH_photographe PURCHASED 1 month ago Flag Hi Peerapong, to send you screenshots from an iPhone won’t be easy, actually. If you go to my website with an iPhone, and you compare it with what you see when using a computer, you will see for sure what I mean. In fact, on iPhone only, there is no menu appearing on the top, only my logo. And if you look at the footer, you will see that part of it is in blue, whereas nothing has been coded in this sense. Thanks in advance for your help :)

I have not edited the code yet (that’s including your instructions to edit the CSS file).

Open Wordpress admin > Settings > Reading > Front page display select “Your latest posts”.
