Its hard to import demo content tried both ways utility option and wordpress importer both gives plenty of errors. and partially import items.

Guys, I am having a hard time finding how to raise a support ticket. The Support portal does not list your theme. Very disappointed. The color scheme is not visible in my website in themes -> general option. Please can you help.
