Hi Salman,

I love the template and so glad to have found you here! What sophisticated theme you made! I only have one itsy bitsy problem with it though. My blog posts are not displaying the date and time they were published either on the homepage or when you click the posts itself. How can I make them appear on both?

Also, I tried the instruction you have here for incorporating a footer, but it doesn’t seem to work in my case? I’d like to put a 3-column footer, if that’s possible. Thank you!

Hi Salman. I looked into the template and I do see three date-header codes there, and two of them are actually correctly coded (based on the second code you gave). The first one though looks like this:

Could that be the problem?

Never mind the footer. I think it looks cleaner without a footer anyway.

Also, is it possible to change the font color/ font type and size of the elements on the sidebar (e.g. Popular Posts and the texts thereafter)?Would like to do that too and change it to a color lighter than tangerine. Thanks!

I mean the first one looks like this (sorry): : div class=’date-header’> <data:post.dateHeader/>

You do this. Go to your Template and Press Ctrl+A to copy all the codes it has, paste and save it on Notepad/Wordpad and send it to my email.

Hey bro this looks awesome. Can I pay you extra to make a few customizations for me? email me mr.andrei.rotariu@gmail.com

simply and very nice, good sales !;

i can’t find the way to change all the fonts – some (post body) work in the template editor, some (post title) don’t. Can I make that work somehow?

wo wo wo I found it!! sorry.

the built-in blogger search box doesn’t really work – I can’t see the results. is there a way to fix this?

Yup, we have to create a widget section there and then add the official search box. Contact me through my profile (http://themeforest.net/user/TemplatesZoo) so that i can easily send you instructions and codes. Plus mention your demo url.

yeah that works on my page as well – I added your code and it’s perfect. I’m asking about the original thisblog/web/referredn from this page etc. list-view table, that used pop up after entering a search phrase.

oops messages sent at the same time..

Hey! I love this theme! Thank you!

Just wondering how to change the height of the photo in the header? If I change the height in .topwrapper {, I get an orange bar.

Mention your blog url

Hi, i have added the followers widget (original, not google+) in the sidebar, but is not working! any ideas? Also i cant see amount of all comments on main site (google+ and regular comments). Template counts regular comments only. Thank you.

Mention your blog url and contact me via the contact form on this page – http://themeforest.net/user/TemplatesZoo
so i can easily send you codes and screenshots.

Where do I insert the monitoring code to activate Google Analytics? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi thank you for your reply! It doesn’t seem to work though, in neither way.

Have you created your Google Analytics account? If yes, then you just have to add the tracking id in your blogger Setting> Other tab.

Here’s how to get tracking Id from your google analytics account-

Sign in to your Google Analytics account, and go to the admin page.
Select an account from the dropdown in the Account column.
Select a property from the dropdown in the Property column.
Click Tracking Info.

Once you complete the steps above, you should see data in your Analytics account within 24 hours. If you see pageviews appear in your reports, your property is collecting data.

Hello TemplatesZoo very good job on this template, but before purchasing the template I was wondering how to add the comment to it original position am not digging the sidebar things :-D

Reverting back the comments section to its original position is very easy. I will guide you to do that once you have purchased the theme,

Hi, I have purchased the template and I have few questions: 1. How to pin the upper menu to keep all the time visible? 2. The body of the post is a bit on the blog main photo, how to move it?

Thanks in advance

Regards. K

Good to hear that. When you have time, you might like to rate this template. That will help.

Hi, is there any simple method to add slideshow into header?

Turning Header background to slideshow won’t be possible with this HTML structure. However, you can add it between header and the post body. Recommended slider (free) – http://sorgalla.com/jcarousel/

Thanks once again. And I think last question. I want to add comment form at the bottom part of post but… there is no any comment box (?). I have set comment available on post and comments sections and there is not option to comment :/

Thanks in advance! K

Made your header show your full background image + centered your menu. Go to Template > Edit HTML > Customize > Advanced > Add CSS

And just paste the below code.
#menubar #HTML1 { height: 41px !important; padding-top: 14px !important; } .topper { height: 55px !important; top: 0px !important; } #menubar #HTML2 { padding-top: 12px !important; } .topwrapper { height: 346px !important; top: 20px !important; } #main-wrapper { top: 330px !important; }
Hope that looks nice on your blog :)

Looks nice :) Thanks. I have problem with this round pic in header. I’ve turn it off somehow and now I don’t know how to enable it again :)

I find it :). Don’t bother yourself with it :)

links don’t work on this page: http://www.gottingerpal.com/2014/08/ismet-rendel-telefondoktor.html (or any other post page) why is this? can I fix it somehow?

Remove the HTML4 widget (MI TÖRTÉNIK?) you have added on post pages. That’s what causing all the problems.

Hi Salman. Lovely template, thank you :)

I’m having some problems with the size and position of the menu bar. Can you tell me how to fix it please? http://discombobula.blogspot.com/

Thanks so much :) I knew there was something that had happened with another widget I had originally installed on the previous template, but I couldn’t work out what happened. Thanks heaps :)

Okay, hopefully this is the last time I will need to contact you. Just one more glitch to iron out – my previous posts archive doesn’t seem to be working from its space within the sidebar. When you click on a particular month to go to, it doesn’t do anything.

Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to put my Archive up in the main menu bar? Thanks

Sorry to say the dropdown archive list option doesn’t work on sidebar. You can use the Hierarchy or the Flat list option.

I just purchased this but am having problems changing the top image. Every image I try shows up too small. I’ve tried using the same dimension of the original photo and also tried a much large picture with the same result.

Here you can see what I’m talking about: http://consulospace.blogspot.com/

The image used is too small to fill up the header. At least the image should be 1600px in width and 350px in height. Your image is 1024 in width and 299 in height.

If you want this image to stretch to fill up the space. Follow this -
Go to Template, then click on Customize, then Advanced, then Add CSS. In the box that appear, paste the below code and hit Apply To Blog button.
.topwrapper { background-size: cover; }

But it’s recommended to use minimum required width image as the smaller image that are streched to fit will lose the quality and are not supported in older version of Internet Explorer. So, it’s better to create a 1600 * 350 image.
You can find some really good to use background images here – http://unsplash.com and use http://www.picresize.com/ to resize it. Just a suggestion :)

I’ve having problems showing code on my blog – using SyntaxHighlighter (http://alexgorbatchev.com/SyntaxHighlighter/). On the front page the 1st 2 letters are bigger and shown in bold. Have a look on my blog (http://blog.drorhelper.com) – look for lines containing source code (using the pre tag)

Go To Template > EDIT HTML > Press CTRL+F > In the search box type ”.post-body div:first-child:first-letter” without quotes and then just delete the below code.

.post-body div:first-child:first-letter { float: left; font-size: 60px !important; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 0; margin-right: 17px; margin-top: 14px; }

Save The Template. Here’s the screenshot of what you have to delete – http://oi62.tinypic.com/3354kd2.jpg

Thanks – it works now

Hi salmon,

I’m still loving your template for my blog at http://discombobula.blogspot.com but I’m wondering if there’s a way to remove the comments sidebar so my posts run right across the page. Thank you

For Full width posts and Sidebar Below Post, follow this - Go to Template, then click on customize, you will see a new panel appear on the top. Click Advanced and then click Add CSS In the box that appears. Copy and paste the below code - .rightcontent, .leftcontent { float: none !important; width: 100% !important; }

Click on Apply to Blog, to save the template. :)

how to add readmore?

To add a “Read More” button on your post simply click the broken page icon in your post editor. See the screenshot – http://oi62.tinypic.com/2qmi4ah.jpg

okay i got it , thank you :)

Hi, I am having an issue where the author is not showing up on posts. My url is: www.asweatylife.com

I have it set it blogger to show the author but it’s not visible in the posts. My blogger account is not a G+ account, maybe that’s the issue?

Thanks in advance, Ben

Go to Templates > Edit HTML > Press Ctrl+F > In the search box that appears type "<span class='comment-link'><data:post.commentLabelFull/></span>" without quotes and hit Enter. You will get it 2 times. You have to replace the 2nd time you find it with the below code. You will find it around line number 1738.

<span class='comment-link'><a class='comment-count' expr:href='data:post.addCommentUrl'><data:post.commentLabelFull/></a></span>

Save The Template. :)

Hi, I am having an issue where the images are not displaying correctly when I am viewing a post directly. What I mean is that on the ‘home’ page the images look resized correctly. However, if I visit a post (where a visitor would make a comment), they are showing up really big. You can see this by the post currently on my blog: www.asweatylife.com

If you go to the current post directly the images show up as a different size: http://www.asweatylife.com/2015/12/10k-race-strategy.html

Is there a way for the template to show the images consistently? Thanks in advance.

Go to Template > Edit HTML > Press CTRL+F > In the Search box
type “post-body img” without quotes and hit Enter. You will find it 2 times.
You will see this code for 2nd time -
.post-body img { display: block !important; height: auto; width: 98% !important; }
Simply remove it. And click the Save button.
