THE SUPPORT EQUIPMENT REALLY DOESN'T WORK AND I PURCHASED IT WITH THE EXTENDED VERSION...

I BOUGHT IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WPBACKERY LICENSE UPDATE, I HAVE OPENED TICKETS FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER ME.
- I GET NO ANSWER.
- I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
- PLEASE DON'T BUY IT

I purchased this and have several questions. I posted them in the support forum a week ago and no response. Looking at it, it appears the developer hasn't responded to anyone in at least six months. RUN AWAY!

The V1 could have worked... I even asked for help to reinstall it. The V2 is the opposite of what I bought last year. After 3 whole days of work on building portfolios and trying to put them online: nothing. Nothing works, I do not understand how this template (+ expensive extensions to buy in addition) works to have the result I want, how and where putting the elements ... and nothing is customisable. Nothing.
Think about yourself and your work: do not buy this template and run away to find another one, certainly more expensive, but with real qualities and a support that not leave you.

The Theme is great, everything is well documented and it looks sick! Customization couldn't be easier the code is very clean.

No customer support at all. Website says purchase code is invalid and both the author and Envato didn't provide a solution at all. They just didn't care, blamed each other and never replied again.
