Hello, I did not catch the issue but it looks like some resources on your website does not load sometimes, also the issue can come from popup that website uses, that is not part of theme support but for the solution try to hide overflow for the website, so the popup will not fly somewhere on mobile screens. Add this trick to Appearance->Customize->CSS:
body { overflow-x: hidden; }
also try disable CDN, optimization or cache plugins to reveal the issue with broken loading.
Do you have plans to add a tokenomics and roadmap? its a crypto theme and these are real inportant for our website. This is only thing i miss on this theme.

Support sucks. I will never ever buy any theme from you and don’t recommend anybody. The theme has a bunch of problems, you will wait for the answer forever. I don’t need refund after I spent a month using your theme, I need you to answer the tickets during 24 hrs or fix it in such way, where nobody will ask you a question.

I think it would be better if you would make a Theme Customiser under a separate section, where users can easily switch the background color for footer and menu. If I use light page, why by default theme has dark footer? or there is a switcher for this?
Hello, there are some limitations of WordPress and the current developing standards, so we can’t make some things even if it looks simpler (I agree with you anyway). This is because of some older themes have a separate plugin for manage the theme, but the modern logic is that you should be insure that if you change the theme the website will not broke.
You have fantastic themes, very beautiful and modern, but the theme should be technically and logically done so well and clearly that I wouldn’t have any questions, or answer the ticket no longer than 24hrs.
For example, this theme has dark and light pages, so the header and the footer for different pages are different, sure, I can fix a dark header and footer for a light page in CSS, but I expect that if you offer this dual design, you have a switcher or header&footer templates for dark/light. (like American authors do). A few business days..nobody can’t wait it for so long today. I am sure you can even double your profit by just adjusting this moment.
