My bad. I had version 2.6.15 installed (as noted in event-block.php), but NO auto update was provided by wordpress. I downloaded and installed the Version 2.7.9 manually – and now it works.

They’ll also be an option on the app to place their questions on our Discussion forum where they can see other users views.
If this is something you guys could help me develop using your theme I would be happy to buy the license.
I know there’s plenty features I’ve mentioned but again this is a ultimate place for young athletes and Students.
I noticed you haven’t got a video archive page or widget so this may not be a feature you concern yourself with but if that’s something what can be added then it would help tremendously with my subscription packages I’d like to give recruits, parents and local authorities.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. You have described kind of a complex website with the functions from different areas and some of them go beyond the functionality of the theme. The theme is mainly designed to be used by a sports team with specific sports features provided by the SportsPress plugin which is quite a bit different from the aimes you described. Sorry but we’re afraid it would not suit your needs.

Hello, I wanted to know if this theme is okay to use for different sports and can the profiles be allocated to sports and school clubs? Also, if looking at just some minor elements of what I want to use this theme for can you say your theme would be good to document single profile stats.

the other elements in my previous comment were just in case their may of been plugins to add those features but for an initial starting the main thing is for my users to be able to log into their account and view different clubs, single profiles and our media archives.

The theme is based on the free SportsPress plugin. Please check the features of the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sportspress/.
There are different sports available but the theme is tested with Soccer and Basketball sports only.
One WordPress installation supports only one type of sport, e.g. you can’t use multiple sports on a single website.
Login of users works in the default WordPress way, i.e. no specific content can be assigned for each different user.
Considering the above, it is very unlikely that the theme will suit your needs.

I’m liking the demo but there are a few sections I’d be removing as not relevant to us (or not relevant for home page for example).
Looking to implement it with Sportspress for a Rugby League (NRL) sports fan site.
Elementor can be used with any theme but in this case its functionality will be limited to the default blocks that can be added to the page content area. Each sections showed in the demo can be hidden via WordPress Customizer, there also some customization options available for each area. With regards to the theme, I noticed in the NON Sportspress version there are tabs for various grades or teams.
Can this be done with the Sportspress version?
E.G Main Team, Junior Team on same page just tabbed? Or will I need to use one page per team?

Technically, you could try to implement tabs with shortcodes but we can’t assure you it would work properly since this is not a default option.
