One of the best customer support teams out there. If you able to explain them exactly what you want, they won't disappoint you ! Happy with their support. One request is that please give equal effort to TOP DEAL theme and make it more BETTER.

I got this Theme few days ago but it has so many BUGS. the support is very slow in responding and it's not 24/7 support.
If you have plenty time to waste get this theme.

I checked in the ticket and see that the technical supporter has been following to support you there. We support in every business days except for weekends and holidays following the support policy.
About the Theme Options and Header/ Footer Style, they are about theme configuration. For the duplicated Menu, it's because you imported many time then it created new menu in your site.

I am extremely confused at the moment. I have tried to use the support icon, says my code is not correct... it is. I am importing data - every time I do the header is not adequately showing up. How, if you pay for a theme, can the header be the issue. On two separate theme types, i have reset then imported again. Every time the header is an issue. I have now spent hours to try and get the header to the same as shown when you buy it. I manageed to randomly fix one of the themes (not the one I want), so I try and replicate that with layout 4. Still does not work, get fed up after hours go to get support. It will not even let me raise a ticket. Read the documentation, seems to be fine as according to screenshots. Does not work.. really I am not getting these hours of my life back. If you buy a theme, you kind of hope the header is the least of your worries.
