Demo content of the theme is built with WPBakery page builder which is included as a bundled plugin with the theme. Unfortunately, theme is not compatible with Elementor.

Most of our demo pages were a joint creation of our content builders and designers, so unfortunately not every page found on our demo sites has its own PSD or XD file.
The design files are not included in the theme ZIP file. Nonetheless, it is possible to get these files by contacting our support team if you purchase the theme. All you should do is send in a ticket explaining which design file you require, and our agents will be happy to assist you if said PSDs or XDs are available. We should add that not all of the themes have available design files.

Hi,
there is a display problem with the Masonry plugin in Firefox (and also in the mobile Safari browser). We were also able to reproduce it on the topscorer demo page. https://topscorer.qodeinteractive.com/All Masonry elements are displayed overlapping. If you resize the browser, then the masonry elements will be sorted correctly again.
We have a suspicion that the Masonry plugin is not initializing properly in Firefox (and also in the mobile Safari browser) but could not find the cause ourselves.
Could you check that please?

Hello Team, I have purchased this theme yesterday and now im trying to import all the demo content but it stuck on 98% from last 9-10hours… What can be reason..
One more thing Im using godaddy hosting and it is a shared hosting so bydefault they are not Providing Suhostin. So is there any alternative way to enable that extension?
How much time it will take to get response as its been already 24 Hours….
One more question i dont want any woo commerce option in this site so will it work if i deactivate woo commerce plugin.

Thanks for taking an interest! We do not own the copyright for the images featured in this theme. The images in question are only used for presentational purposes on our demos. These images cannot be used on your website, unless you purchase the license from a stock image website yourself.
Once you import the demo content you will get access to the whole content including the images, however since this is only for presentation purpose you need to have a license in order to be able to use them on your website.

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
You should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

I understand in order to use the images provided in theme I need to purchase them myself. Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the versions of WordPress up to 5.7 and you can always check the article in this link.
We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
