This is Aj the theme author. I see you opened a ticket 7 hours ago and my support guy replied back to you 1 hour ago - https://a.cl.ly/E0uX8NyB - are you not receiving the replies from our support staff?
Also, I see that you wanted help with backups which is not something included in the theme, but my support guy was going to help you in his own free time but you didn't send them the logins needed.
So I'm a bit confused about this rating.
Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in the original ticket you submitted though. I read it over a few times and it's a bit confusing, I think perhaps what you wanted help with was just re-installing the theme on your site not actually doing the Siteground backup.
I assigned the ticket to myself so I can help you out personally and replied back there. Please take a look.

A great multi purpose theme. Full of elements and great design features
I have been using Total for several years now for several (10+) websites. Out of the box it's already a great theme and very well documented. Some websites required specific functionality and so far there was nothing I couldn't provide. If I can't figure it out myself, support is always willing to help. I don't need another theme anymore.
If you’re thinking of buying Total theme then just do it. Theme is superbly flexible and support is 10*. Adrian always, always goes above and beyond when a support query is raised - even when (in my case!) a support query is down to a lack of understanding. Just amazing. You can’t go wrong.
I love total themes. Working as a web developer for years, and since I discovered Total theme I am using it on almost all my websites. So easy to work with, it has so many options, regular updates, a very flexible theme, and most important tech support is amazing. Our clients love it as well, as it is very user-friendly for them to use as well.
