Hello, The theme is not tested with multi-vendor plugin. If it supports WooCommerce, then it should be but may require cusomization/integration. Regarding message section, do you mean live chat? If so, yes, you can add third party live chat messaging via plugin. Thank you.

Thats because you are using 2 year old theme, that version is 3.7.9. Download the latest package free of charge and then it will work out of the box. Thank you.
