I have issues with this theme, which is understandable, however what's not is that I've now tried to sign up to the support site twice, and as yet no one has authorised my account. They say a moderator will manually check and authorise the account, but I tried more than a month ago and nothing and have tried again yesterday and still nothing. Looking at the reviews here your support needs some serious attention. Can you at least authorise my account so I can use your support portal!! username: hht
This particular theme is excellent for the tours and travel trade and offers unlimited opportunities for customization. Kudus!
Theme is not updated, and noone has emailed me about joining the support service that ive tried to join twice.
The template is out of date, so I have to use on old wordpress version, it is also not flexible at all, cant add custom fonts, cant change contact forms much or any other forms, cant change headers much. cant change the search bar much,can't change the product detail page to suit the products client has on offer. For a premium template, there is not much that cn be changed, despite the promises of the demo and the product page. the cart columns cant be changed, cant remove redundancies, and difficult to add plugin addons to the site because the template is to rigid. I have read throiugh the documentation up and down, sideways to mitigate some of these issues, but the documentation itself is not adequate to account for all the flaws. I would like a refund as I can no longer use this template anymore, and have tried numerous times to contact support and nothing comes back to me.
We couldn't activate the templete. We asked help. They answered only one time with a way which we already tried. We send them our all details but they didn't answer anymore. So I had to buy anouther template. I will ask refund

Not happy. I'd request a refund but they don't make it simple. I give it 1 star for many reasons. Legitimate client needs expeidion booking. Bought this with my own $. Too many steps to import demo content. Can't customize headers very well, elements aren't doing what I want. I guess I'm spoiled on Divi, which we're switching to. I'm sure it's lovely and works for some. Google Fonts API doesn't work, client NEEDS specific font. Hours struggling when other solutions get the job done. Not to dis on the theme or authors, because I can't make a theme, but I just want my money back as it's not meeting the very specific needs I need. Some features added as a DIvi addon would be great.

I waited several months before writing this review. But here's what happened with Entrada support. You can find my first comments published 7 months ago about a bug in the Entrada template. 7 months later, after two general updates of the template (in December and the last in May), NOTHING has been fixed.

THEREFORE THERE IS AN ERROR. THE “Include flight” OPTION IS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN THE “Chekout” PAGE. I have the same on my interent site.
After 7 months, I paid an external web master who corrected this bug quickly. Entrada media is of poor quality.

Technic support is bad, they did not help me in anything, The theme is not good, I realized in Forum comments how people is unhappy, I am very disapointed with the theme and support. The technic try to pretend he does not understand your problem, he thinks I am dumb. So, he is not professional. That's why I do not recommend this theme or service anyway...
When I was looking for a theme for our travel agency's new website, I selected about 10 themes here on Themeforest. I started to compare them and analyze the details and functions of each one. Right from the beginning, Entrada Theme by Waituk caught my attention for its clean and elegant design.The features were also amazing. In the end I had to choose between two or 3 themes, and that's when Sanjeev's support made all the difference. I started reading many reviews talking about the availability, quick response and professionalism dealing with support issues. Choosing the Entrada Theme was a very correct decision that left me very satisfied. A couple of days ago had the opportunity to talk to Sanjeev to resolve an issue in the website's codes, and the support was extraordinary. I am another satisfied customer who comes here to recommend this theme and congratulate Sanjeev for the excellent support.
The worst customer support ever.
Triend multiple times to ask for a simple to fix an error that caused by the template and he deleted my thread at the support forum.

The theme is very good, really !
However, as said before. The support can take 3 months to reply.
So it's up to you if wanna try it could be nice. But if you are not expert and you need help, dont take this one.

After 3 days several emails and zero response to cure an issue of elements not uploading, this theme has proved sadly disappointing and days wasted being stuck to move it forward. sadly not a good first experience so will request a refund
