Low flexibilty in page builder and contact forms. This is not up to date and I highly recommend an other theme! This has low to zero flexibilty.

The design is quite good but I wish there was more flexibility in theme customisation. Also, the bundled page builder is quite outdated and should have been updated and made more feature rich or replaced by one of the modern visual builders.

Hi I bought Altair theme many years ago. I never had to use their support even I bought it. The last month I experiencing problems posting on my Facebook page. When you actually post, the image is not there. There is no issues with facebook debuger. Fo r the last month I reached out to support and What I get is the run around. Everone that responded it seems that they never read my messages. Aftwer 3 weeks and after I told them to read my notes and not come back with the same questions, now NOBODY replies back to my tickets. I even created a new ticket for the same issue! Very disappointed with their support staff. Waist of money and effort! At this time, after a month, I still do not have a descent answer.

You can also see screenshot of result here http://prnt.sc/sxr6ys as you can see it's working fine when sharing your site on Facebook so we don't know how can we fix the issue you mentioned which we couldn't produce. As you can see from Facebook graph API debugger and screenshot of result.

I contacted customer support because their demo content had issues for me, and didn't fully load. Within 24 hours, "Kor" replied, and by the following morning, the issues were resolved. Very quick and responsive customer support!
