Thank you, that’s resolved the Slider Revolution issue, however the version of wpBakery downloading is still on version 6.10.0, even though the theme requires version 6.13.0. Can you please check this?

Could you tell me about TOWER theme updates? On my site it says that I am using version 2.9.26 On Themeforest it is indicated that the latest version is 2.9.4. But in the changeLog version 2.9.26 does not appear and there is no update date (except that the last update was August 3, 2022!). I haven’t received any message (by themeforest or by the Envato Market plugin) regarding the latest updates… How to update the theme and the plugins (WpBakery, Slider revolution…)?

You can install install or activate it through Plugins. If you can’t find it do this:
1. Log in to the WordPress Admin Dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New and then type “Contact Form 7” in the search box.
2. Once find, install and activate the plugin by clicking on Install → Activate. To display a form, open Contact → Contact Forms at your WordPress dashboard.

Hi, I still have issues getting the latest theme version installed. I deleted all theme files, downloaded the newest 9.4 version, installed it, but it still shows as version 2.9.26 in my wordpress dashboard. I know my support period is expired but I should be able to get theme updates even without the extra support charge right?
