The codeless team is great to work with. They respond right away, within the next day or sometimes weekends, and communicate effectively. I will be using code-less themes from now on because of the trust their support has built with me.
I was changing themes. When I imported the Construction Demo it created a fatal error that completely destroyed my site. Even after I changed themes it took me a couple hours to get it back to its original state. Theme is useless to me.

There were a few minor annoyances with getting Tower up and running, but their support was damn FAST and they helped me work through the issues. Nice work, guys! I am going to check out your other themes later as well.
