This theme is one of my favorites ! (And I've work with several dozens of them)
Alot of customise options, easy install and import content.
The documentation is very clear. Plugins, content, widgets, etc... I can find a way for all my wishes to set a proper and professionnal website !
The Team Support, very fast and efficient, helped me for few questions and issues about my desire to customise it more !
Hope to continue to work with RubikTheme as long as I can !

Beautiful theme and fantastic customer support. I've had some troubles in the past but the Rubik's team got back to me within the week and were very helpful and every problem was resolved with their help. I definitely recommend getting the extended support!

i had a very good experience with the customer support, had a problem with the responsiveness of a specific item in the iOS version, they were very responsive, gave me the solution and made sure all issues are resolved.
I also liked their theme very much.

Import DEMO data not working. Plugin Solazu started to work only after manipulations from the support. What the hell is this, waiting over 10 days the support to import demo data. They don't give any manual, just ignoring.
I really liked the theme, but I just can't use it!! Please resolve your bugs asap or give a refund. Thanks.

I purchased this item assuming their was PSD files with it. (completely my fault) When I downloaded the template there were no PSD files and I was a little mad at myself so I wrote the author to see if there any chance of a refund.

TheRubikThemes was quick to respond and notified me that they actually have PSD files it just wasn't included in the download for size restrictions. They promptly sent me the PSD files and now I'm happy.
