Sorry, do you mean “Get a quote” form on the Homepage – http://prntscr.com/sej3qy? If yes, it’s a contact form that sends an inquiry to the specified e-mail address (without buy now option).

Woocommerce plugin is not integrated in the theme by default. You may install the plugin, however you may need to create additional stylesheet for shop/product pages.
