help on demo import issue​

Hi, I installed the theme and when I installed the required plugin I got an error with plugin “ThemeMove Core​”

An error occurred while installing ThemeMove Core: The plugin does not have a valid header..

then I go to plugin list, I can see the thememove has been installed and I was able to activate the plugin.

then I move on to demo import.

its stuck at 0% and got this error

I purchased this theme long time ago and I want to edit my site’s top bar text. But I couldn’t find the place to edit it. On your documentation you didn’t explain. My support expired I can’t submit a ticket. What should I do on this situation? My question is simple I don’t need big “help”. Can you answer my question? How can I change the top bar text in my theme? There is no widget for that. Maybe there is a bug or your team made the changes manually long time ago and can’t find that place.
