Hi, I’ve just bought 6 months support cause I had a site build on that theme in 2019 and wanted to upgrade it to the latest version. After purchase, when I download the theme, I still getting the version from 2019 instead the one with recent updates.
How can I get the latest version?

I cannot use it at all, 5 defaults plugins are missing from the installation (Download failed.) and i cannot import data (demo pages).
Heads up! With Wordpress 5.7 comes jQuery 3.x and this breaks theme functionality beacuse it is made on bootstrap 3 wich dosent support jQuery 3.x.
I managed to solve the problem by replacing the bootstram.min.js with bootstrap 4 wich does suport jQuery 3.x.
This theme needs an update fast!!!

I’ve sent you the following answer yesterday and so far I didn’t get an answer:
I just purchased your Transpress theme and I’m getting really frustrated as I keep getting an error message when trying to activate the theme from the WP dashboard.
When using WP latest version (5.2) I get the following message: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
And then I never got any email identifying the issue…
I’ve tried downgrading to WP version 5.1, in which case I get the following error: This page isn’t working localhost is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500
Can you please advise asap? I need to finish developing this website by the end of the week.

In regards to Demo #6:
4 icons displayed together with hero – can I opt for these to not be displayed when website is accessed through mobile devices?
When entering a Service page on mobile the placement of content is not optimal – links to other services, contact and brochures are displayed in the top while the actual content for specific service is displayed in the bottom. Is it possible to change default layout of this page so service content is displayed to the left when accessing desktop and in the top when accessing from mobile?

1.There is no option to disble 4icons on mobile device. But you can easily do it with css code.

I have one issue with theme. When arranging Menus from Cusomize, specifically Main Menu it is not possible to create dropdown menus:
e.g. Services and then dropdown containing all services categories
Normally this is created by indenting menu items under the main menu item, in this case Services as main and indented items Road Freight, Sea Freight etc. But still they show up as separate menu items as if there were no indentation.
Would you be able to assist in this issue. Worked in many different themes before and never encountered this issue.
