We are using your theme https://hopngotours.com/ on our website, and we want to add different payments options like “Square” But system has only Three options which are “PayPal, Stripe, Bank transfer” We are also dealing with a notification problem in the dashboard which does not disappear after theme update.
Is there a way to add Different Payment options with this theme, apart from the three options we have ?

It is a pleasure to see such a well thought out theme. A friend showed me your theme yesterday and I cannot believe that I had never heard of it before. We played with his for a couple of hours to see if it would work for me and I have just a couple of questions before purchasing….
1) I have a lot of properties to enter that I can get from an external API. Is it possible to use wp_insert_post, wp_update_post and wp_delete_post from PHP to automatically update your rentals from an external API? Would you have an advice on doing that? This would be especially helpful when entering a year’s worth of dynamic prices for each rental.
2) I will be using this for rentals that I manage but do not own. I would like to turn off the “Owner” box on the property page leaving only “Inquiry” and “Information Contact” boxes in the right sidebar area, but the “Owner” div only has a class names of “ ” and setting “owner-info” to “display:none” hides the “Inquiry” form above it. Is there a way to hide the owner info box without affecting the “Inquiry” form?
3) This one seems sticky, but maybe you have encountered it before – under “Booking Options” on the “Tax Options” tab there is a place to enter “Tax value (%)”. But I have properties to manage in several different locations that all use different tax rates. What would be the best way to handle that?
4) Final question…. We use a Property Management System online to manage our properties, workers and communicate with owners and renters. We need to process our payments through them (via an API) because they handle paying taxes, owners and even our cleaning crews (they just don’t do websites). Would it be possible to have a custom URL that gets called for that and is “Select page for checkout” where I would enter the name of the page that I need to call?

1. Unfortunately, Traveler does not support this function. Rental is a custom post type from Traveler, and all data must be input manually.
2. Yes, it can hide only the Owner box class .owner-info.widget-box.
3. Traveler supports only 1 tax rate and does not support different tax rates. Alternatively, you can disable tax and just input the price including tax.
4. Unfortunately, we have not supported this function yet in the theme. You need custom code (not covered by the Item Support policy) to perform this task.

Now, I get back to this project, hoping that you fixed this bug with the latest updates. But NO, This problem still exists. .
Half Map Search Results rarely work well. Marks on the map are not clickable and when I check SEARCH AS I MOVE THE MAP option, the map is simply frozen and several refreshes are required in order to work properly. . I’ve tried everything, fresh install, different browsers, different computers, different PHP version, different hosting provider… .

Dear Team, i found the theme is good. But one thing in home page hotel search section. the destination search section is work on select the city basis not search city or hotel name type due to this i am not able to search directly 1 particular hotel from multiple hotels in single city. Like booking.com, agoda or other online booking websites work for searching hotels.

I am interested in the Vacation Rental + Hotel Booking features of this theme and I want to build my hotel booking cum vacation rental portal (like Airbnb + Booking.com in single website) regarding that I have few pre-sales questions:
1) First of all is it possible to create single portal using your theme which has Hotel Booking features as well as Villa Booking / Vacation Rental together in single website?
2) Does this theme support multi-vendor where the property owners will have their own front-end login and they can list their own properties with their pricing from the front-end? We as a admin will just approve / reject / hold the listing of those properties. Is that possible?
3) If it supports above mentioned multi-vendor, is it native to the theme or with the support of third party plugins like WCFM Free / Dokan Free plugin?
4) If property owners can list their own properties on my portal, how does commission system work? Like we as admin get let’s say 10% and owners get 90% etc. How does this entire system work? Can we set different commission structure for different property owners? Are payments automatically sent to property owners after deducting our commissions?
5) Is thre a feature of Membership option with recurring payments?
6) Can admin or property owner create custom services for each property along with the pricing option? example: certain properties charge $50 extra per night for pets. Or for on room food service: flat $20 extra per day. Is it possible to create such custom services?
7) Can I set different pricing for the vacation property based on the different seasons (different date periods)? example: From March to August $100 per night and from September to February $120 per night. Possible?
8 ) Can I set different pricing for the vacation property based on for how long duration property is booked? Example: for 2-days booking $100 per night, but for 5-day booking $90 per night. Is it possible?
9) Is dynamic pricing supported based on the occupancy of a booking month? Example: If booking for a particular month is less then 20% of total capacity, then offer 10% lower price on the website. If booking for a particular month is more than 70% occupied, then inflate the rate by 20% etc.
10) How many currencies are supported and is automatic currency conversion supported in the theme at the time of booking a vacation or buying a property?
11) Does your theme work with free version of Elementor or does it require Pro version of Elementor?
12) Can your theme work with the WooCommerce plugins like ProductX and WholesaleX?
13) Are there any up-sell and cross-sell features supported?
14) can notification at different stages be sent by email, SMS and WhatsApp? Which all mediums are supported for notifications?
15) Can I create a referral / affiliate system for the entire portal (for all properties) or particular properties?

4. Payment reservations go to the admin bank account only. After deducting commissions manually, the admin transfers them manually to the partner’s bank account (not via the Traveler system). Admin can set different commissions for a different membership package
5. The partner purchases a membership package to have the right to upload their services. The membership package is paid for once, not automatically renewed periodically. If it expires, the partner needs to repurchase.
6. It is possible but extra services are not a standalone service and can be purchased only while making a booking. Yes the user was logged in before booking, and as I said the booking was visible in his booking history while it was on pending status, but once marked as completed, it was no longer visible on his booking history. I tried with two accounts and I get the same result.

Hi I just tried the sale schedule option and it just doesn’t work. I can see the discounted amount in the booking form, but once u get to checkout the price is no longer discounted and you pay the full amount. Could u please fix this asap. Thanks.
