After even I explained the situation , They keep asking the same question over and over again . And being rude during the support chat . THeme is under ok quality . But a bad support .

You imported the Elementor version but intended to look like the WPbakery one - it is impossible. SoloTour WPBakery and SoloTour Eleemntor are 2 different demos and cannot compare to each other:

I have Elementor Pro and I can't create my custom header in this theme the default header is very complex and it's not a customizable and if you want to add some widget to the header ("I use TranslatePressand the switcher button to change the language in the menu inside the header. It appears broken and I cannot solve the problem.") you can't do anything about the default header it need the update to support elementor custom header Please.

Our widget is designed for Traveler use – not for Elementor, such as currency/language switcher, account widget, or cart icon.
Regarding multi-language, we support only WPML and do not support TranslatePress or any other multilingual plugins.

I can't install the theme even after;
-I Increased memory limit
-Used the correct .zip file(traveller.zip)
-Reinstalled my wp installations(for the 5th time now)
And your ticket system is asking for too much information just for me to be able to fill a support ticket!
I have never experienced this with any theme before. Your help would be appreciated in this regard. I am giving 1 star for now!

Regarding installation, the issue mostly comes from server status. Kindly check carefully and make sure that your server has matched all Traveler requirements:

You can install the Traveler theme via FTP access also.
Regarding the ShineHelp support system, you have not provided the required information - WPAdmin & FTP login credentials. Our support cannot check your issue carefully just by observation from front-end: https://prnt.sc/hCsPkrH8wxbe

Theme design is good but it has tons of issue. IN the start there was CSS issues then there become price issue and those still are. You contact to support they do reply in the start then they don't check my website link here where I'm using the traveler theme

If you can follow your own ticket, the issue just comes from the setting which is made by your own
- Prices don’t get updated as I started to add more guests >> Your price type is fixed price which means one amount for the whole tour no matter how many guests. Based on your needs, you should choose the price per person type
- the price is still 0 >> When you enable price per person but you disable all types of guest Disable adult booking, Disable child booking, and Disable infant booking. Obviously that no one can make a booking and the price is still 0

Great theme with great functionality and beyond that great support, I just got the theme and got several helps from support team - they are superb in support and giving recommendation to so many of my questions attentively.
You can buy this theme right away if you are looking for a travel focus theme for Wordpress and don't worry if you are not that pro (as I am not as well) - the support team will be there to help you out.
Highly recommended, get the theme and launching your business right away.

The theme is very limited. It's all set to use but not much flexibility. There are no tours, hotels, etc. widgets. There is no header builder and even if you use addons, widgets are missing. Basically, the theme was built in 2015 but did not improve much. The theme options are very limited. There is no import/export. Many bugs in the theme.
The support is also not that great. I'm still in the valid support period. When I asked for help with the header, they asked for $30 which I paid and it was not done properly. There was no account widget. When I mentioned that, suddenly they were not reachable. I had to pay someone else to make the header customized.
It's too late for me to stop using the theme, but I regret buying it.

But it seems you don't even know how Traveler and item support works. All your requirements are not supported by Traveler or have ever been mentioned on Themeforest ItemPage
The Traveler theme has not ever mentioned tours, hotels,... widgets, or even header builders. Instead of that, Traveler provides pre-designed stunning layouts that help customers build websites more easily.
For example, there are 5 tour layouts, 5 hotel layouts, and 4 header styles in the Elementor layout. Customers are free to choose their most-wanted style.
Last but not least, your customization task is not been proceeded by or related to the Traveler team. At this moment, we focus on product development and do not provide any customization/installation jobs.
Kindly be noted that the Traveler theme uses only emails from the addresses @shinecommerce.co and @shinetheme.com. Any other email addresses do not belong to or refer to the Traveler Theme.

Problems reported after having carried out all possible tests by a professional service. Ineffective support, they don't understand the problems, and they refer you to the online documentation, which is not detailed enough about the issues. I never write negative reviews but this type of behavior can compromise my business. The assistance service (regardless of the cost) must be of excellence, otherwise don't provide it.

Regarding your issue, we have explained it clearly in the ticket though your request is not supported by Traveler
Each service has its own unique characteristics and is not the same as other services.
The review section in the tour cannot same as the one in the hotel, for both layout and characteristics. In the tour section, the Traveler theme focuses on the total point of the review

I have tried to register on your page "travelerwp" to submit a ticket, -- it asks me to register but I try to enter
it says "your email doesn't exist"
- I try to restore and it says "this user does not exist"
I am trying to cancel the product registration on a website, to put it on my other website. The truth creates a lot of annoyance since one cannot enter the account.
