The online builder is buggy – every time it reaches “Aw Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this page”. I just wasted AU$32 on this and would like my money back – it’s doesn’t work! Great design but useless functionality

RTL needs different css & programming so right now we are not working on RTL of email templates but yes if you would like you can hire us for developing email template for you.

I am contacting you because I have a question from my client: If I import your theme into MailChimp (your description indicates that the theme is compatible with MailChimp), is it possible to use the drag and drop elements of the solution? Or for each modification of text, image etc … it will be necessary to modify the code?
You can import mailchimp ready code. Then mailchimp already have option in their editor to change text, images etc.
when using the web contructor sometimes does not work , edit or buttons editable fields are left without text and leave no retyping , could correct this?

I was using your builder access when pressing “preview” and i noticed there is a lot of bugs.. for example if I try to drag a layer, it resets to original theme making me start over.. does the real version of the builder access work 100% fluently? Is it the same link or is this just to show how it works? Also, What if I don’t want to use the premade templates inside the builder access, can I create my own?
HI Dear, There should not be any problem of reset not sure how you are getting this. Also regarding creating own – you can edit our template, delete blocks but can’t create any new block from scratch.
I am planing to buy this E-newsletter. Regarding all comments which i saw i have some questions and then i will decide how to proceed. How your system is saving and showing path for pictures? Are we giving path to our server where we are storing pcitures or we are uploading pictures to your server? I am asking this because I would like to paste html code after i build newsletter to my php newsletter form and send them to recievers. I know that you are not answering to ones which didnt make purchase but i have to know before i buy if I am able to use this nice builder in easy way. Thanks in advance.
Hi Ivan, We are not saving anything on our server. Once you will export fro, builder we will provide you zip having email template HTML & images directory. You need to upload all images on any server & then need to edit their path in HTML file
After buying the template, can i use builder access to change the layout and redownload it again ?
No, You can’t save data for future use.

You can modify HTML version to work with constant contact. If you are thinking about it’s ready for constant contact then No.
Hi, You can’t use it directly in MailPoet. You can use this template & make adjustments elements for MailPoet it means it require good knowledge of mail template & MailPoet.

Design is really good. However, the advertised builder does not support MailChimp, so if you want it for that, the feature is useless. The item description did not explain that. Misleading.
Also, it says it supports modules for MailChimp. I couldn’t see a way to add or remove modules. I emailed support with 4 questions, they replied with general answer, explaining the builder is not supported right now. I emailed again asking specifically about the modules, saying I can’t get it to work. They replied quickly saying it does work.
Well it must work, because they said so. But does it work for me? Do you care to know why it’s not working for me? Obviously they don’t care. So the description is misleading, and the support was useless for me.
Dear bashar3a, We are sorry to hear the inconvenience caused. But let me tell you that we no where describe that builder support mailchimp. MailChimp is a third party email delivery service with their own email editor/builder and let us state this officially that the item you purchased support mailchimp. When we say this we mean that when you buy and download our item the package contains a folder called “mailchimp ready” inside that you would find the HTML file which you need to import to your mailchimp editor and that code will work great in their editor as we have all the merge code on the place for mailchimp.

Love the templates. Just one gripe. I cannot see a way to save my work and come back another day. e.g. export the zip file and import again for further editing. Am I missing something?
first of all i will say thanks for buying our template & appreciation. We are not saving any data in our db also we can’t give the feature of import template because in exported code we are removing unwanted classes but for editing we have some classes that are allowing the feature of edit. So here i can say you are not missing anything
